We have had the most terrible experience at your hotel. The hotel room is disgusting, the first staff member we met was very rude and made it seem like we were a huge inconvenience to him.
Today was the worst. We asked for maid service and stayed away from the room from 10-7. We stopped by the front desk on 3 occasions making sure the room would be cleaned. we returned to the room still not clean and requested our own garbage bag and towel from downstairs.
This whole experience has been an added stress and terrible experience. I am requesting a refund for our time here since the room and experience was not worth the money spent. The quality was equal to what I would expect from a much cheaper hotel. The current lady working at the front desk was exceptionally kind and understanding to our frustration. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn’t shut correctly. If you shut it you have to put all your weight into it to open it because it sticks shut. We have 4 people staying in the room and received 2 towels, the bathtub faucet is falling off.
The toilet was clogged when we got here and the guy downstairs had us come down to get a plunger to unclog it ourselves. The toilet seat is also loose. We contacted the manager with no response or plan to make things right.
I look forward to hearing from someone to resolve these issues. We paid for 4 nights unfortunately and are staying 2 more nights.
