After 2 weeks on safari, we spent a relaxing 3 nights at this lovely boutique lodge. They have around 16 private stand alone villas, each surrounded by beautiful lush gardens. Spotless, well appointed, nice decor, quality linens & bath products. Just a 30 minute drive from the center of Arusha, escape the noise and head out to the countryside for a peaceful rest. We did a day trip into Arusha which was plenty to get a feel for the city. Staff are delightful, particularly the bartender/barista who makes a fantastic cappuccino! The food was consistently excellent, good variety, well prepared and desserts were spectacular. An excellent base to explore Arusha and still be within easy access of both Arusha and Kilimanjero airports. Definitely recommended.

Very nice and quiet spot outside the city, Really mind refreshing, the only drawback are the receptionists, they have no any ethical customer care package, maybe because we're Tanzanians. I believe there's always a way to talk to people regardless of ethnicity or race group, the only friendly and amazing guy was the Cook who was serving us, very Jovial individual imo.

Very nice spot! Our room was lovely, spacious, beautiful bathroom. Pretty walk from the lodge to the room with lots of monkeys! The food was very good as well. Good spot to begin our trip to the Serengeti.

We had a great 24hrs at Duluti Lodge after coming off Kilimanjaro. The staff were hugely welcoming, we loved the coffee tour and access to the nearby lake. The rooms were extremely comfortable and Prosper Munro (operations manager) went out of his way to look after the four of us. A memorable visit.

The units/cabins were quiet and well decorated. I loved the large tub and lots of privacy around the units. This lodge is not as large as some of the ones I have experienced in Tanzania but after spending 10 days in the bush, a relaxing atmosphere is what I needed. The food was delicious.

Wonderful place to stay while on a safari vacation. Outstanding staff who took excellent care of us. Be sure to ask for Laurent’s coffee tour! The general atmosphere is one of stress free relaxation — it was just what we needed after the long flights.

Fantastic experience, 5/5 star luxury. Service, food, and accommodations were very good. The soaking tub and shower was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and really spoiled us before starting our safari. We had a tour of the coffee farm and it was fun and highly informative. Would highly recommend to others.

Well what can I say, Lake Duluti Lodge is our favourite place to stay when we are visiting Arusha and we had the warmest of welcomes. If you haven’t been it is a boutique lodge consisting of individual dwellings as rooms. The setting of a coffee farm is secluded and secure – there is an electric fence all around it. Our rooms were spacious and well-appointed with a huge bed, it was a great place to chill. We were full board and enjoyed tasty 3 course meals. The chefs were able to cater for vegan meals for my wife. The staff were attentive and polite. Highly recommended, the Lodge is a great starting point for your Tanzanian adventure.

We had a wonderful reception at this very lovely lodge. The lodge we had was very spacious & very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming. The food was excellent including the breakfasts & packed lunch. We had an interesting coffee tour given by the lodge.

This place is a gem! Tastefully decorated chalets located on peaceful beautiful grounds. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in busy Arusha. Food was delicious. Thanks to Boneventure for arranging with the chef an amazing local meal that made the last stop on our trip truly memorable. I highly recommend the coffee tour with Laurent and mama Mary even if you are not staying at the lodge. It was entertaining and informative (unlike any coffee tour I have ever been on) and getting to drink the final product was an added bonus.

We stayed here after our arrival at Kilimanjaro airport - for 1 night before going out on Safari. Beautiful chalet set among the trees and foliage. We enjoyed a private tour of the coffee field; the guide was very informative and engaging. Afterward, massages helped soothe the muscles after the long journey to get there. The appearance of the pool was a little disappointing. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff at the lodge were helpful and courteous.

Unfortunately there is quite a severe drought taking place and the trees surrounding the pool is quite dry, hence the constant fall of foliage and dust keeps us on our toes around the pool. We just finished our stay at Lake Duluti and could not have been happier. The room was luxurious and clean and very tranquil. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The food was wonderful and watching the wild monkeys frolicking during our meals was so much fun! Bone was our waiter and was amazing and Laurent was a great tour guide for us for both coffee and kayaking.No need to look for another luxury place in Arusha, you will find a great home here!

My wife and kids stayed here at the end of a long safari Trip to Tanzania. Its a lovely setting with a great coffee and fruit plantation next door. My wife and I did the tour and learned all about coffee planting, harvesting, drying and grinding. We did it all with a wonderful tour guide. At the end, we had a small balance due of around $40. There was a problem with the communications with the bank to approve the card. Not our fault but we had no cash to pay. The owner, great gent from S. Africa, wrote it off. I offered to send check or cash later but he would not hear of it. Fine gentleman. All the staff were wonderful, food was lovely and service superb. Our rooms were very stylish and well-appointed. We stayed here on our first night before heading to Ngorongoro and Serengeti. It’s a great place to stay for a stopover or overnight. The hotel offers a fun coffee making tour which we really enjoyed! The staff are lovely and the food is great. It has a very homely feel to it. The rooms are also very nice and spacious. Overall comfortable stay for a stopover in Kilimanjaro/Arusha.

Our family stayed for two nights at the Lake Duluti Lodge before setting out on safari. The lodge is set in tropical vegetation in the midst of a small coffee plantation. The suites were very well appointed. The food was excellent. We received outstanding service from Sayedi who doubled as our waiter and bartender when we were there. For breakfasts, we were treated to the frolicking of monkeys tussling on the lawn. We decided to take the coffee tour after breakfast which was hosted by Laurence and Mary. It was both highly informative and entertaining. I’ve been on coffee tours in Costa Rica and Hawaii before and I have to say that this was the most in depth, start-to-finish, explanation of the process. As we set off on safari, we were serenaded by the entire staff. An enjoyable stay. I highly recommend as a beginning or ending to a safari trip.
