PALAZZO CIOTTI is right in the centre of Ascoli Piceno and all the sights and eating places are very accessible. Our room/bathroom was superb - we really liked the modern/slick decor and the contemporary and very comfortable furnishings. The breakfast (served in the restaurant) was the best we had travelling round Tuscany and Umbria as we were served with lovely fresh fruit; a most wonderful granola with creamy yoghurt and honey and tasty fresh pastries. Perfect! Staff were all friendly and parking (10 Euros) was provided close by. Our one night stay was excellent value for money!

Fantastic location in the very centre of town. The room are very good and the air conditioning works well which you really need in the summer. Staff were very helpful and showed us to the pre booked private parking which is well worth 10 euro in such a busy town centre. Lovely breakfast each morning

Rude waitress arguing with us because she wasnt happy with 7 of us sitting downstairs after the polite waiter upstairs told us we could move from upstairs to the seating area downstairs as there were too many of us. Never in my life have i seen staff treat customers like that even after being told we could move. The waitress then followed us outside to carry on arguing to the point of calling my mum crazy. She was very unwelcoming and from a customer point of view we were horrified at her behavior. Rude, unwelcoming and just a distasteful argumentative personality.

Viaggio spesso per lavoro ma raramente ho trovato tanta professionalità e cura del cliente! La struttura è meravigliosa ed è in una location fantastica, direttamente sulla piazza di Ascoli. Non potete non fermarvi al ristorante Agorà della struttura: sublime! Uno staff giovane e preparatissimo insieme ad uno chef strepitoso, vi garantirà un'esperienza eccezionale. Vino e olio di produzione diretta sono un plus! BRAVISSIMI!

Hotel situato in una delle piazze più belle e attrattive di Ascoli. Una volta parcheggiata l'auto nei vicini posteggi non c'è assolutamente bisogno di riprenderla. Stabile non nuovissimo con piccola hall all'ingresso. Stanze recentemente ristrutturate, grandi e comode con bagni moderni e confortevoli. Ristorante e sala colazione al piano terra aperti anche per gli esterni con discreta varietà e ottima qualità dei prodotti.

Eccellente location nel centro storico in un palazzo d'epoca. Camera moderna, spaziosa, pulita, letto e cuscini super confortevoli. Una particolare nota di merito al personale simpatico, cordiale accogliente, disponibile x nn parlare della colazione servita al tavolo..il massimo dei voti

Ho soggiornato più volte presso l’hotel Palazzo Ciotti in Ascoli Piceno in una bellissima camera con bellissima vista. Mi sono trovato benissimo, l’hotel è molto bello, elegante, pulito e confortevole. La posizione centrale è comodissima. Colazione all’italiana ricca servita da personale qualificato, gentile e molto disponibile pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Raccomando, e consiglio questo Hotel. Grazie a tutto lo Staff.
