We had a fabulous time at this lovely small hotel. We were travelling as a family of three, so wanted a bit of space, but at a fair price. Room 3A has a separate bedroom, a kitchenette and a substantial balcony, which is really great in the morning and evening. The hotel is well designed, stylish interior, nice and modern, and very clean! They also have great toiletries in the room (hair- and body wash and conditioner). Staff is super nice and helpful. The location is excellent - under 15 minutes walk to the Acropolis. There are plenty of car rental outlets just round the corner. We liked Avance - good price, friendly service. For longer distances you can take public transport. Otherwise - lots of taxis as soon as you get to the main road. Django gelato close by has amazing ice cream. We ate at Lolos twice - traditional taverna, short walk away. Lots of good coffee options nearby as well. We were not too bothered by the building site opposite, but I imagine there are different stages to it. The aircon worked just fine for us. If I had to make any comments for room for improvement - the bed is very soft. But it was manageable. In summary: Highly recommended for service with a smile, cost-benefit and location.

This is a small, stylish hotel. The location is excellent just a ten minute walk to the acropolis, close to restaurants, close to hop on bus route, safe to walk around at any time. The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. We would stay here again. Tip: try the rooftop bar restaurant at 180 view next door for good food and drink and live music and a dramatic view of the lit Parthenon.

Good location about 8 min walk from the Acropolis and very good restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the air conditioning is grossly inadequate. They have a Mickey Mouse unit that barely cools the immediate vicinity leaving the rest of the room sweltering in heat. We had to indure 2 miserable nights of suffocating heat and the staff acknowledged that the system cannot handle the summer heat. If you’re in Athens during the hot season stay away from this place.

We loved this hotel. It was our 8th hotel in our 5 week Europe trip and one of our favorites. Right close to everything yet just off the main area so it is very quiet at night. We absolutely loved the contactless check in and check out that enabled an easy ingression on a very late arrival. The room was enormous, AC worked well, and the staff were so helpful and gave us great suggestions for where to eat and have some fun. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we return.

This is a lovely renovated building in the heart of Athens just moments away from the Acropolis and Plaka. The ideal place to stay and experience an original Athenian hospitality. The rooms are great. Super clean, functional and beautifully decorated. The hosts are absolutely amazing and make you feel at home every step of the way. Will definitely be visiting again and again!

We travelled to Athens with our two little kids (1 and 3 years old). The hotel was amazing. Its location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the museum of Akropolis and right next to all the city's important monuments. The room (the "Deluxe apartment") was the perfect choice for our family. It had everything we, parents need when we travel with small kids. We were travelling with two strollers and although at the entrance of the hotel there are a few steps, this didn't bother us at all since the hotel itself has an elevator inside that brought us directly to our room. In addition, the room had plenty of space to park inside two strollers. However, the best part of this hotel is its Team! Amazing people are working there. PS: They can organise a taxi-drive for their guests from/to the airport at a fair price.
