A good hotel, for the economy segment, the air conditioner turned off periodically, the water pressure was excellent, there is a pool and sun loungers on the territory, excellent large parking, breakfasts are the same as everywhere else

The property is reputedly in good condition and visitors are favorably impressed. However, I had a major problem with the reservation. I intended to reserve a room for four nights in mid-February. I noticed on the confirmation I received from the hotel that the reservation was for only one night and on today’s date (Jan 25). I called the hotel to change the reservation but they informed me that because the reservation was for today and not for sometime in the future, they could not change it and I had to go back to the third party (*******) to get the change. ******* had a change charge. They would not relent and cared less that it was an erroroneous reservation. Absolutely the last time I will use *******. My only recourse is to dispute the $81 charge with my credit card company. Maybe suggest fraud, exploitation, or usary-like fees. Caveat emptor!

First time staying here and for the price, is a good place, rooms are clean overall, beds are comfy and location is great (entrance room doors are not too clean), I come to Jax for medical reasons so this works great for the purpose!

Is not my style of temporary living. This is a level up from a model, when I first walked in it smelt off and there was a strain of hair on the bed. In addition fixture we’re rusted and it seems like the walls were thin so I was not able to sleep in addition to feeling like the front door would open. Overall not a terrible place due to price would I stay here again alone nope. P.S the one check in staff was great, Justin I believe his name was.

The first room they had us in had rips and cig burns on the sheets and knife holes in the chair. The bed wasn't clean. Then I asked to be moved to another room and it was just as bad. The sheets had hairs in them and were wrinkled and dirty. I had my own mattress with me and my own sheets, so I made it through barely. Aso there were roaches in the room.

They were all out of bedrooms with King bed even though thats what we had paid for. So we were given a roon on the first floor. Upon looking at the room, especially the bathroom had roaches. Not Palmetto bugs but roaches, baby roaches. We asked for different room as well on the second floor and we just didn't want to take the chance in being roaches home.

I was contractually forced to stay at a lot of 4 star and 5 star hotels when my kids played travel soccer. They were way overpriced and the services were mediocre at best. I stayed at this Quality Inn and got the best service ever at a reasonable price. I conversed with the manager and he is genuinely engaged in delivering the best customer experience. This hotel is unique in my experience and I would recommend it if you are staying in Jacksonville

My wife and I had a very nice room. The king sized bed was very comfortable with what seemed to be a memory foam mattress. We enjoyed the large bathroom with the walk-in shower. The motel was close to everything we wanted to see.
