Hampton Inn and Suites Aurora South Denver

This was the best hotel I've stayed in! The hotel was clean, the staff was superb, there was even fresh coffee at 3 in the morning!

Everyone at the Hotel was friendly and nice. The people in the kitchen for the breakfast meal were extra extra extra extra nice and attentive and friendly and made breakfast every day a really pleasant experience.

Very very very loud noise from either side of the rooms, called to front desk no one answered. Bathroom sink plug wouldn’t work, only cleaned the room once for a four night stay and that was with asking.

This was the worst experience i have ever had at a motel or hotel. The manager called me a liiar and wanted to argue. Took him 20 minites to give me a receit while arguing over locked entry doors. It had snowed and i went and cleaned snos off my car noocked doors did this twice no one at desk third time back in to check out manager was tremendously tude and sullen. Accused mè of tring to brrk glass.doors and daid always locked. If i wasnt 77 and a diabled vet i would.j have knocked him out.

It clearly says on the ******* website that check in for this property is 18 . After my kids drove through a snowstorm to get there for a very important early morning appointment, they were told by the front desk that they were not allowed to check in. This is truly unacceptable and gratefully, we found another hotel that was willing to have them. It could have been a disaster. I am not sure who is responsible for the misinformation, whether it was the Hampton Inn hotel chain, or *******, but it needs to be changed to avoid this issue in the future. And our kids can fight in a war, but not check into a hotel room? Really? That should be changed as well.

Have stayed here many times and our stays have always been very good. Hope they can get the second elevator fixed soon. It was down several months ago as well.

It was in a quiet area and there was enough parking. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

Hotel room kinda smelled and remote to tv didn’t work, pool was out of order but in all a good stsy

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, like new, stayed four nights.
