"Lovely traditional hotel with cave style rooms and authentic decor but unfortunately it was out of the way in Avanos which meant we had to take a 20 minute taxi to get into Goreme for any nightlife!! Breakfast was Turkish style which was not to my taste but was well presented! Unfortunately the waitresses were unable to communicate in English so it was difficult to request anything! The coffee on offer was only filter coffee which was awful so we drank Turkish tea! The front desk staff were helpful and actually upgraded us as the hotel was empty! It was a lovely hotel but I would definitely have preferred to stay closer to the tourist area of Goreme where I could see the balloons flying overhead and where I would be able to walk to a restaurant to eat in the evening!"

"Stayed for 2 days to spend my birthday there, and the view from our balcony was beautiful! 1. Food was amazing, had breakfast buffet and 3 course dinner twice. Everything was top notch. They have their own organic garden in hotel premises! 2. My partner planned a surprise with Irem , she is absolutely wonderful. Made my birthday eve unforgettable. She arranged cake, table setting decor and champagne 🥂! She arranged everything just a day as per my partner’s words! 3. It is a very popular hotel for weddings! Surprised us !! We witnessed the entire turkish wedding from the garden. It was wonderful experience. Loved the music ! 4. They make their own wines and jams. 5. The garden is filled with 🍇 wines, apples and pears. So beautiful ! 6. Apart from that, staff doesn’t speak english. Just the reception guy and Irem speak english well ! "

"This hotel was amazing. The rooms were serviced each day and bottled water replenished for guests. There was a kettle and tea and coffee, plus soap, conditioner and shampoo. Our room was absolutely beautiful and cannot fault the staff. Breakfasts wer concluded and were generous and with a great variety."
