"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, there was no Wi-Fi in the room. When I went to the front desk to discuss it, the staff member was unhelpful, claiming it wasn't a Wi-Fi issue but a problem with my phone. So frustrating! The room also reeked of sewage, like living in a public toilet, and there was no way to ventilate it or get rid of the smell. A friend I met on the trip mentioned that another room didn't have air conditioning, and they wouldn't offer a refund. When Ctrip called to mediate, the front desk hung up. I went back to the front desk again, and a different staff member tried to help me with the Wi-Fi, but it still didn't work. I definitely won't be staying here again on my next visit to Avignon. Just imagine being stuck in a room without AC in 38-40 degree Celsius weather and not getting a refund – it's unbearable! I also gave feedback to another front desk staff member when I checked out, and he apologized and expressed regret."

Didn’t realise until leaving that it wasn’t fixed so it could have been lifted and taken Breakfast was mediocre. Usual scrambled egg mush made from packet mix. Little sausages. Fruit salad was mainly chopped apple and contained grapefruit- not suitable for those in statins. Tiny dishes and glasses Staff were nice"

"The location is fantastic, right next to the central train station. The city gate is directly opposite the station, making travel incredibly convenient. I debated whether to stay inside or outside the city walls, and now I feel staying outside was the smart choice. The hotel room is very spacious, easily accommodating a family of three. This time it was just my mother and I, so we had plenty of room. The only minor drawback was that the showerhead was a bit old and didn't have great water pressure, and the water temperature wasn't very stable."

Enthusiastic and full of French humor, he is a very good person. It is usually very close to the nearby church market or the Papal Palace. We drove to Arles and Stone Town, also within an hour. It is recommended to experience the style of the medieval ancient city."
