I didn't like that the ceiling was leaking water. I'm so glad I had jumped in the shower before then and was on my way out when I saw water leaking from the ceiling down all over the toilet. And the door was cracked a little bit so if somebody was to look in the room they could from the doorway.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed !!! The rooms were filthy toilet was broken, very shady people loitering around policies in and out. Could not stay there it was just disgusting!!!!!!!
If possible I would like a refund?

Hi,we did not stay at hotel,we had a unexpected death in the family of a young one ,im just now able to check on receiving a immediate refund,due to the fact we never made i t to the hotel at all,this is my fuest opprtunity to reach out,thisvis hard on me and my famuly,we lost a infant child in immediate family unexpected.

They don’t have any of the amenities that they list having. They shut off our key card 3 hours earlier than check out time. Housekeeping came in and made the bed with our personal blanket but not with their blankets, didn’t empty the trash but took the tv remote. Their phone didn’t work. They were rude when we brought this to their attention and blamed it on new management. There was no noise control as there were parties happening during all hours of the night.

Checking in went smooth, they even let me check in early. They were very helpful and it wasnt crazy overpriced. Will definitely stay here again if i am in the area.
