The hotel is very pretty. Like a Santorini. Clean and Lux. The food choices are woww! The food is amazing there. The hotel are isnt so big but there is lot to do. Loved the juice bar also its next to tennis field. You can play tennis there and also football and basketball, minigolf, darts.. The beach was nice, super wifi everywhere. Loved the bathrooms over the hotel! There was every morning the cofffee minibar near the pool. Amazing shows for the kids and warmduscher with coctails. And every night wow amazing shows. You dont want to miss those. And coctails were like the best of my life. Strawberry daiqiri with rum and pinacolada, the Tuborg beer in bottle. Uuuh! Also whole day there were different detoxwater or water with fruits what you can pour by yourself. Loved that hotel.

Wonderful.. Loved everything So clean hotel, friendly and lovely staff, Loved the waiter service on roller skates at the pool and the terrace So delicious food, fantastic view. the beach and pool were amazing as well as the gardens. Beautiful decoration.. So good choice for a relaxing vacation, and fun as well

A relatively new hotel in the area with great attentive service, food, location and atmosphere. The hotel is clean and grounds are well kept. Special thanks to Jeren - guest relation manager, who helped us with every question we had regarding the hotel and the area.

I have been in Turkey four times and this was hotel suprisingly upsetting. We have red a lot of reviews which was fantastic, but we have experienced on our own heads, why it is not 5 stars hotel, first of all onboarding to the hotel was crystal clear. After a night at the hotel we was woken up by a vibration that comes through the windows. the balcony doors is a simply glass, no sound suppresion, so the highway and your room is separated only by thiny layer of glass, we could ' nt sleep the other night and after 20min arguing with the guest relations Anna ( I want to say that Anna was extremely arogant and didn't want to help us at all, she looked like she hate her job) we was offered to buy earplugs from the apotheka on the other side of the road, lucky reception guy, Sorry I forgot the name, helped us and transfered us to the other side of the hotel which was totally fine. The animators or the entertainment team, I saw them few times, in the other hotels they are coming to invite you to the event going on, but here there are just sitting the little house and watching their phones or smoking. Bars I dont know why but if you ask cocktail without ice, they seems to not understand that, and still brings you everything with ice, after 5 days, they get used to us, and fixed the situation. The last day I havent seen anything like this, but I have spotted that walls are in dust I have videos will post them surely. So yea thats how we spent 10nights at the "famous" Rubi platinum.

Amazing hotel. Large and beautiful area, beach… Friendly and cozy service. Delicious food, great and big selection. Unreal Turkish spa, very good massage therapists from Bali, Indonesia. Everything is like in paradise. Thank you very much! Lots of love from Lithuania. We will definitely be back.

Now we are home after a relaxing 1 week holiday at this beautiful hotel we are more than pleased to write a kind review to express our gratitude.
