"This is a great place to a take a break and our stay exceeded all of our expectations. The warm hospitality of the staff made us feel welcome the moment we arrived until the time we left, each staff member we met were all very kind and helpful. The cozy accommodations allowed us to sleep in and enjoy a time of rest. The jacuzzi is a nice touch and a great way to spend time relaxing and rejuvenating all while gazing upon nature and the mountains. We were very satisfied with everything!! "We were disappointed with our experience. When we booked by phone, we were told that charging our electric car was included in the hotel price. Upon arrival, we discovered that this service was actually charged at €8. Despite this unpleasant surprise, we accepted. However, when we parked our car, a designated charging space was occupied by a vehicle that wasn't charging. We therefore used our extension cord to access a charging station, but another guest complained that we were using "his" outlet, even though he wasn't parked in a designated space. To avoid any conflict, we decided to give in. Subsequently, the receptionist insisted that our room hadn't been paid for, despite our explanations to the contrary. We had to show her proof on our phone before she finally acknowledged that the payment had been made. This was done without any apology, and with an unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude. We also explained the situation regarding our vehicle's charging and requested a refund, as no alternative solution was offered. For a hotel of this standard, we find it regrettable to receive such a welcome and feel such a lack of consideration, especially since we were very tired after a long journey."
