During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids.
Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits.
Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros.
But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off
Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel
Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons
Hotel Reception attitude is the worst!

Everything was perfect at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very nicely. In the room I had a bottle of wine and a fruit platter. The view from the room was very nice. The food at the restaurants was delicious. I liked that the Snacks were served a la carte. The gardens are so beautiful, a place where you can connect with nature and listen to the birdsong. A big advantage is the fact that the resort has a private beach.

Everything superlative! Congratulations! Diverse and original drinks, authentic and international food. The beautiful gardens, the amazing view. I had a very nice stay. The stuff was always nice and helped us with everything we needed. We will definetly go back to this resort.

I had an extraordinary experience. Very friendly staff, delicious food, very good cocktails at the bar. I recommend the all-inclusive regime. Varied, very tasty breakfast, served as a buffet. The resort has its own beach with sunbeds. I really liked the gardens and green spaces where you can relax. We had a wonderful vacation, we can't wait to go back there.

Visited the St Rapahel in connection to an international conference. Everything from conference setup to printing assistance and ministerial lunches and dinners went above and beyond expectations, and the feedback from participants was nothing but excellent. All staff, from hotel manager to buffet services and spa hostess, was extremely kind and attentive to the very last detail. Lastly, I was extremely positively surprised by the numerous vegetarian and vegan options in the buffet, as part of a "greener" and more sustainable menu, and I hope the hotel continues on this path strengthening their sustainability efforts even further.

Peaceful, relaxing week’s holiday. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again. The staff were very cheerful. Our room was large and well appointed with robes, slippers and plenty of toiletries, though the balcony was a little cosy and only just big enough for two. We had a sea view room that looked west out over the sea. The food was plentiful, varied and delicious with different food themes each evening. The garden area is a real quiet feature with sun loungers as an alternative to the pools. The weather was warmer than we were expecting, so a bonus!
