The Hotel is very cute and clean, The village is very cute as well. Getting to Bad Bertrich is a little difficult if you don't pay close attention to road signs and directions. The street that the Hotel is on is very tiny. Being from America, I am used to wider streets. With that said, it was a fantastic experience and would totally visit again if I return to this part of Germany.

Lovely classic hotel with very comfortable rooms, a great spa facility and and incredibly helpful and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet is complete with something for every taste buds. Quiet, very clean and centrally located. We will return

Wieder einmal war es eine wunderschöne und erholsame kleine Auszeit in angenehmstem Ambiente. Die Wellness-Anwendungen waren wunderbar und der Aufenthalt im einzigartigen Glaubersalzthermalbad hat uns rundum gut getan. Auch der Service war bestens! Frau Häcker hatte wie immer alles gut im Blick und man merkt, dass es ihr eine echte Herzensangelegenheit ist, für das Wohl ihrer Gäste zu sorgen! Auch Frau Schall überzeugt durch Kundenorientierung und Freundlichkeit, die von Herzen kommt! Meine Schwester und ich freuen uns schon jetzt auf die nächste kleine Reise von Düsseldorf nach Bad Bertrich.

Das Hotel ist soweit Okay Wellnessbereich ist Okay aber in die Jahre gekommen Frühstück absolute Katastrophe.Harte Brötchen das Brot war vom Vortag und Knäckebrot war ungenießbar.Kaffe musste Mann sich selber besorgen,hätte Mann auf das Personal gewartet wäre der Kaffee heute noch nicht da einfach zu wenig Personal für 4* Hotel. Bin sehr enttäuscht Preisleistung steht in keinem Zusammenhang. Personal war aber Recht freundlich

In juni 2023 heb ik met familie van zondag tot zondag in hotel Fürstenhof gelogeerd. Het was in één woord geweldig. Op alle gebieden. Het hotel was luxe, de kamers waren luxe, de behandelingen in Palais Belle Époque waren fantastisch, nog nooit zulke geweldige behandelingen gehad, het zwembad met bronwater was heerlijk, zo prettig met open deuren naar de tuin. Het saunagebied was super. Fijn dakterras met ligbedden. Het eten was ook al zo heerlijk, alhoewel we het Fastenprogramma deden, en dus pas de laatste twee dagen opbouw langzaam weer wat vast voedsel tot ons namen, maar hoe lekker! Heerlijke taarten, elke dag vers, maar die hebben we niet geproefd:-) Elke dag kregen we water uit de bron van het dorp. Zo'n aanrader dit hotel! De service van het hotel was geweldig. Ze spreken ook Engels trouwens. Veel superlatieven, maar ze zijn het allemaal waard!

Zum vierten Mal wurden wir nun schon ein paar Tage im Fürstenhof verwöhnt. Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber und die Küche! Dazu ein wirklich großes Frühstücksbuffet. Der Clou sind aber das Schwimmbad und die Saunen! Auf dem Zimmer in die (in den richtigen Größen bereitgestellten) Bademäntel geschlüpft, dazugehörige Tasche mit Handtüchern unter den Arm ... Dass im Februar und März das "Programm" in Bad Bertrich sehr übersichtlich ist, hilft, sich die Umgebung auf gut ausgeschilderten Wegen verschiedener Schwierigkeiten zu erwandern ... Wir planen unsere fünfte Auszeit dort! Tipp: Parken mitbuchen ... Sonst heißt es laufen.
