Television was not working, room service is poor, staff always demand for tip it was triple air cooled room but only fan was working

I've visited twice in this hotel and overall experience was very good both the times, staff is very friendly and supportive. I would love to visit this hotel some more times.

There were rats in the room, the room was smelling, it was not clean, charged 480 for breakfast and gave breakfast of 55 rupees.

Very small size of rooms. Hardly 100sq. Ft. It an only accommodate only for solo traveler. Bathroom size i also very small. Hot water is not available in hotel. They only provide after many arguments. I surprised that they had charged extra money for breakfast even i had booked it included. It is completely blunder with travelers

The Room was clean .water supply good. Drinking water very hygienic. Food quality, quality, and cleanliness is worth appreciation. Staff behavior is very good. Prompt service and customer satisfaction service.
