Non era la prima volta che venivo in questo hotel ed è sempre una garanzia. Camere pulite e spaziose. Buffe ottimo personale gentilissimo. L'unica cosa che avrei da dire che in piscina mancano delle sedie di appoggio soprattutto per quanto c'è tanta gente. Per il resto sempre top

We have always been to Abano while we have a child and it is a nice to place to go in winter as all the hotels have big indoor pools that give you the impression of being “at the beach”. This year we wanted to change and opted for Euroterme. What a difference! The hotel is very big, the rooms ok. Staff is overall disinterested in customer care. The food was ok but the self service restaurant is a nightmare. Basically the staff is there just to take used plates away. For the rest they don’t care: no napkins, you have to look for the bread, the water, wine, coffee at breakfast etc etc. All very cheap. The pool is nice but too small for the hotel and they also accept external guests. On Saturday we did not go as it was super full. The beds are limited so you have to leave them while you go for a bath…no relax at all! Cleaning is ok but not wow. Will we go back? No grazie

The reception and management are the worst I have ever experienced, and that is saying something in Italy, where it's rare to experience any sense of Customer Service. We phoned to reserve to clarify that we could bring our dogs and were told that there would be an additional charge but no problem at all. We drove, arrived and tried to check in to be told that they only accept dohs up to 15 kg. When we asked why we were not told this, the receptionist just shrugged. Just shrugged. We asked to speak with a manager who was rude! Rude!! Rude! Little Eye contact , she just shrugged and made some off hand jestures. Implied it was our fault some how. They need to be clear what they do and don't accept. I would NEVER stay there.

We even didn't enter the swimming pool because the hotel decided not to let the external clients but didn't inform about this neither on their official site no on the social networks. Dear representatives of the hotel, If you claim to be a 4 star hotel you should behave like a 4 star hotel not like a private B&B and if you claim the working hours pls announce in some way (it's not difficult) WHEN you re supposed to decide spontaneously close the entrance for the external clients. It will save not only the time of the potential clients but even your reputation

Definitely worth a stay at this property. Clean rooms, beautiful thermal pool. Due to covid regulations, breakfast is not served at the table but with an assisted buffet.
We will be back!

Questo è davvero un luogo magico. L’albergo è molto accogliente, il personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e l’accoglienza ti fa sentire speciale! Appena arrivi ti viene presentato un programma ricco di iniziative e di coccole per trascorrere al meglio il tuo soggiorno: dal centro benessere con offerte sul trattamento del giorno, a gite in bicicletta, programmi di musica e animazione o idee per escursioni. Il fatto è che non riesco mai ad aderire, perché si sta troppo bene a non fare niente rilassandosi nella caldissima piscina termale, piena di differenti getti di idromassaggio, con la musica che ti avvolge e il panorama dei colli in mezzo alla natura. L’albergo è sempre allestito in maniera originale, con oggetti bellissimi in tutto il percorso delle sale comuni, fino alla piscina. Se amate le terme vi consiglio di alloggiare qui. C’è un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e ti permettono di usufruire della piscina dal momento del check-in fino alle 14 del giorno dopo, lasciandoti accappatoi e ciabatte anche dopo il check-out. È davvero molto conveniente, anche perché la piscina è aperta fino alle 22. La colazione è fantastica, c’è di tutto con prodotti del territorio di qualità. Tutto allestito nella bellissima sala bar, sopra a un pianoforte, con la musica giusta in sottofondo . Voto 10 e lode!

Relax in piscina termale grandissima e con un panorama spettacolare. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Ristorante e bar con servizio impeccabile e qualità ottima. Tanta attenzione e conoscenza del problema intolleranze, nel mio caso celiachia. Seguita e coccolata in ogni pasto. La reception è il primo impatto e già si intuisce quanta gentilezza e attenzione si riceverà durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio assolutamente di visitarlo.
