這次已經是第二次入住金紫荊星際酒店，停車很方便，環境很好，房間很潔凈，前台職員也很友善。 附近有夢之島廣場，有很多美食，開車或打車過去也不用10分鐘時間，下次再到百色，也一定會再入住。

本次選擇這間新開酒店，總體印象不錯，設施設備較新、設計顏色搭配較新穎、地理位置方便。但在服務方面還有較大提升的空間，我們的房間外出時打了“請勿打擾”燈，晚餐後回到房間居然有人進來放了一份水果，有些不可思議；第2天的早餐，我們是8:45到餐廳，餐廳裏客人多不説，出品的早餐90%以上空盤，整個餐廳也見不到酒店的管理人員在場，我們衹能與餐廳門口的服務員説晚些再下來用餐，服務員也沒有表示歉意的意思。衷心希望酒店越做越好！

入店時説了句希望樓層高點，那個男的服務員一臉嫌棄地説“就你們訂的這種房，最高衹能到十樓（酒店有19層）”，入住後也沒有迎賓水果（我是攜程鉑金會員，會員權益用1個積分可以享有），我以為住這種高級雙床房的都沒有呢，結果第二天開門透氣時發現有服務員用小車拉着果盤給新住客，而我們沒有，這種勢力的區別對待嚴重影響了我住這家酒店的心情。 再説酒店宣傳的有網紅室外泳池，結果是一池“碧”水，還不開放。
