Terrible old hotel. The process to check in is so long it makes your head spin

Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Facilities were dated and old, shower had to be repaired for hot shower, but service was prompt and helpful.

From the outside everything looks good kind of tropical look, including the lobby. That’s where it ends, the bathroom shower had more mildew than I’ve seen since I was single 39 years ago. Hot water was almost nonexistent I wasted more water waiting for hot water I’m glad it’s the rainy season. They are trying to refurbish the hotel for at least 3 years. But all the old furniture and old nasty mattresses are lining the fence in the parking lot. Every evening when we arrived back to the room the towel assortment was different, on time they gave us 4 wash clothes no shower towel mat so we used 2 Wash clothes. I know people might say call the desk I’ve tried this in the past and have been told to come get the towels we need, problem is I already have a job why should I do theirs. I go to this area about 7 times a year and this hotel is located in a convenient area. They just don’t seem to care. One night there was an old refrigerator in the hallway leaking water everywhere and a wooden dolly outside the entrance door, very unsafe.

The ammount of money they added to the lobby shouldve been put into the rooms. The AC unit didnt work some lights didnt turn on and the tv remote barely worked. The parking lot as well is disgusting and minimal.

The Hotel does not Have Water to take the Shower and Flash Toilet. I check in after 5 Min to Check Out, But the Money is not Refund Yet. need to call Many times to Deal it.

The bartender at this hotel was a very rude woman. The housekeeper opened our door at 9:00am saying “have a good day” we told them check out is at 11:00am and they said okay. The same housekeeper came back & opened our door twice before we were able to leave our room to check out.
