My stay at Saladin Boutique Hotel in Jerusalem was comfortable and satisfying. The staff were courteous and ensured that all my requests were promptly addressed. PS: It is recommended that Ctrip correct the name of the hotel to Notre Dame Hotel. The first two words of the hotel name are exactly the same as those of the famous Notre Dame de Paris. Notre is French for ”my” and dame is French for ”madam”. Put together, notre dame is My Lady in English. It has nothing to do with ”the north”. Please modify it to avoid misleading. Thank you!

Booked for my line manager, and overall, it seems to have been a good choice. The hotel has a solid reputation, and the feedback was positive. It offers a comfortable stay, professional service, and a calm atmosphere. While I didn’t stay personally, everything appeared to go smoothly and without complaints.

The hotel room was small and honestly a little too cramped for two people. There wasn’t any space to open up luggages and the interior looks tacky. The lobby is nice but the lift has a weird design where it doesn’t arrive at your floor. Also, quite importantly there isn’t a bomb shelter in this hotel.

The stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The hotel is centrally located in the city. There is a view. Breakfast is plentiful. Just the smell in the bathroom in the room was not good .. Other than that everything is fine.

Friendly staff in a neighborhood setting with easy access to public transportation. Great choice for the price.
