【Rainy day ruined my ”stargazing” plan】 600 B&Bs without breakfast, located at the foot of Batur Volcano🌋. When booking, what attracted me was that there was an outdoor hot water ♨️ soaking pool facing the rice fields and the sky full of stars. However, it rained last night, and the outdoor courtyard was wet. Even though the staff lit a bonfire for me, it was still impossible to lie on the outdoor bed. Look at the stars, don't count on it. The hot water for bathing is intermittent. I asked the staff, it turned out that they use gas to boil water (5L), and when the hot water is used up, it will automatically flow into cold water to continue heating. Therefore, the law of bath water should be mastered by oneself, and one needs to be flexible to avoid being scalded by sudden hot water attack. Don't count on taking a bath, 5L of hot water is simply not enough. In the room, it is equipped with a large screen, a projector, and a camping chair (placed under the bed). There is no shortage of romantic facilities. The wifi is too weak, which is equivalent to no. That's how I lost the signal📶. 21:30, the earliest night, turn off the lights and go to sleep. Before going to bed, I suddenly remembered that the staff did not give me the key card, so I called him immediately. People rushed over and said, the key is in the door [fear][fear][fear]. So thrilling! PS: Driving into the villa from the outside road, the dirt road is bumpy, which is a test of the driver's level

Amazing cosy little modern hut at the centre of mount Batur and lake, the view is beautiful and surreal, however is remotely located at a remote village really hard to find but with local help you get through. For those explore a life of villages and enjoy remote places .😺

What a great find. Well maintained property with great views over the lake and mountain. We had. Mountain View villa which was very spacious and clean with an up market feel. The staff were all so friendly and attended to every request within minutes. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Ketut and Made but they were all terrific. I will stay here again.

In the property there are 4 very simple Villas, spacious room, bathroom and that's it, little decoration and everything very simple and not very clean (tv photos), the views are beautiful, the worst thing is the MOSCAS (Flies) it's impressive, you can't eat ! The plates are filled with them, in the pool you can NOT spend even two minutes because they bother you all the time and there are millions of them everywhere, it's a nuisance. Apart from the flies, the service offered by the hotel is lousy, there is no one in a kind of reception that is in the Bar-terrace, you have to call a phone and after a while someone comes to you... we ask for breakfast almost by signs already that they speak English like I do Indonesian (0)… after much pointing out, what is on the menu, we ask for 2 continental breakfasts (which they offer on the menu for 50k) they bring us only one! I claim and they have forgotten or they haven't found out, mystery, after 45 minutes of clock and putting up with the unbearable flies they bring me my breakfast... oh and there was no one else in the Bar-Restaurate...! Amazing! We didn't even dare to ask for anything else there! Too bad since the place looked good.
