We arrived at the property and found it was so dirty, old and run down. We got to the property and were very disappointed. We didn’t even stay the night and left after a couple of hours after finding somewhere else to stay. There were still stains on the toilet and stains on the bedding and cushions. The tap in the bathroom wasn’t secure and moved from side to side. We were offered another room but this was just as bad. The staff on the other hand could not have been more helpful in trying to accommodate us, they even took us to our next hotel. We only booked this hotel after reading reviews on *********** which are totally inaccurate. It pays to read reviews from other websites as we found out too late!

Staff was excellent… if there was a problem, they took immediate action.
Hot water was an issue a few times but they took care of it.
The floors and especially pool tiles were extremely slippery and had to be navigated with caution. Overall it was a very good two week stay and I would recommend it to others!

Pro: Good location! Very good size, big semi outdoor living area, and also kitchenette. The size of the pool isn’t so big, but totally loved the jacuzzi & cute day bed too. Design of room is also cute though not too big. We just truly like the overall design of this villa. Con: While the size of the villa itself is big, I feel like the size of the rooms could be bit bigger but not something to complain about in the end. Child friendliness rating: 2.5/5 Will we come back? Planned to! But it was closed. Now they are open again. Check out @thebalireviews for more honest reviews!

This place was magical and the photos don’t do it justice. The pool was huge.
Attention to detail with decor.
Friendly staff and they brought breakfast to our outdoor setting and we enjoyed breakfast by our private pool.
We ate at gastro pub a few minutes walk away and that was a winner.

Experience not recommended. Booking photos have nothing to do with reality. There is nothing fancy here. There is no breakfast, they don't give us motorcycles either. Quite bad communication with the staff working at the Villa because they don't speak English well. I attach the photos of the real house
