The location is perfect! We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of ocean. Perfect location if you want to jump into the ocean for snorkeling or diving. The room is a little run down and doesn't have much amenities but the pool is lovely and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amed beach villa is a no nonsense and fairly simple large villa with several rooms. It has a nice but modest pool and is located directly on the stony beach. It has everything needed for a short stay and doesn’t waste time or money on fancy accessories. Breakfast is fruit or fried rice (nasi goreng) and a few other simple but wholesome dishes, omelette, yoghurt etc.. The staff are similarly straight forward and helpful, polite and professional. There is fairly good snorkeling directly off the beach with colorful fish and snorkeling and diving are a key attraction in the immediate area with multiple dive shops doing day trips out to the reef. Parking is a bit tricky as only 1 space for a car but no doubt they have some other solution available. A short walk leads to a nice sunset spot up on the hillside. Overall Amed beach villa is a great pit stop along the north Bali shore but it might be worth spending more if you need all the luxuries.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location and cleanliness is good. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the swimming pool and views of the beach. Breakfast was good though variety can be improved. Lovely and pleasant stay overall.

I've decided to share my impressions of my stay at this hotel—unfortunately, they're mostly negative, despite a number of obvious advantages. Cons: Hotel condition. The building is clearly outdated, both physically and mentally—it clearly needs a major renovation. This affects the overall comfort level. Noise. The roar of the road (especially motorcycles) is constantly audible. Furthermore, in the evenings, loud concerts are held in a nearby cafe, which disrupts relaxation. Plumbing issues. There was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Adjusting the water temperature was difficult—we had to wait a long time for the water to reach the desired temperature. Renovations during our stay. Renovations were ongoing throughout our stay: the first three days, they were repairing the tiles on the first floor, and on the fourth day, they started spray-painting the railings on our floor (we managed to stop the process). Lack of basic amenities. The bathroom lacked toothpaste and toothbrushes. Outdated room amenities. The room includes a kettle, a small refrigerator, an outdated safe, and a non-smart TV with local channels. Lack of privacy. There's virtually no sense of personal space. Pros: Convenient location. All necessary amenities are nearby: cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. View. The second floor offers a wonderful view of the sea—a real plus. Food. Breakfasts are filling and quite decent. Staff. The hotel staff are responsive and try to help as much as possible. Conclusion: The hotel has a great location and decent breakfasts, but the general condition of the building, constant noise, plumbing issues, and renovations during the stay significantly reduce the level of comfort. In my opinion, the price is clearly too high for this level of service. I recommend the owners urgently undertake major renovations and address the issues raised, otherwise the hotel risks losing customers.

We stayed at the villa for four days in a panoramic room on the second floor. The views from the windows are stunning. Opposite the bed is a large window overlooking the volcano, while the second window overlooks the sea. To say it's a beachfront property would be an understatement. There's a pool and shaded sun loungers under a canopy. Step out of the villa and you're in the sea. Grab a mask and head out for a snorkeling trip. If you're looking for more, there's a place just a step away on the beach where you can arrange diving or snorkeling trips further afield. There's plenty to see right next door in the sea. Turtles come swimming; I even took a five-minute video of a turtle eating and ignoring us. The sunrises and sunsets behind the volcano are stunning. The staff is very pleasant, sociable, and friendly. They resolve any issues very quickly. We really enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful villa, ocean view from the room. The beach is right there, beautiful fish. Stunning views of the mountains and the volcano. We took a room by the pool. The breakfasts are great, my friends and I and the children were very pleased. I recommend 👍

The accommodation is right on the beach and in front of two snorkeling spots: Pyramid & Turtle Snorkeling Spot. You can rent snorkeling equipment directly from the hotel for free and the staff is very friendly. You can order breakfast the day before or in the morning itself depending on what you want, the selection was large enough - banana pancakes, avocado toast, nasi goreng, fruit, etc. :) The only negative points are for the beds, as the mattresses are very saggy. The TV was strangely hanging very high above the window, but since we didn't watch TV anyway, it didn't matter.

I really liked the place. Quiet, calm, great snorkeling right from the shore. That's why I went to Amed. There are a lot of warungs around, there are shops. Live music is a little further, you can't hear it from the hotel, but it's not hard to get there and hang out. I highly recommend it.
