5/5PerfectThe Intercontinental Hotel is one of the best in Bali. The service at the hotel is at the highest level! Daily cleaning, and very attentive staff. Restaurants with very tasty food, there are 6 or more of them, a sooo large main pool and many more on the territory, a children's area, shops with clothes and souvenirs, there is also a schedule of various events that are held at the hotel, in general, here you will find an amazing rest and leisure. Haven't found the right property yet?
Horrible musty smell in the room🤮🤮. when. when we complained about it no one came to check the room because they knew exactly what it was. we were sent a humidifier (that didn't help at all). First night we woke up with stuffy noses and lost taste partially. If you care about your health safety I don't recommend it all especially if you have children Avoid this hotel. The location was great, the beach is not really convenient for swimming(huge waves). The service was great. we had to use the stairs since some parts of the hotel had broken elevators. everywhere we went we were charged 5℅ for the service but this one 10℅. Think twice before booking this hotel.
