"The hotel isn't in the city center; it's quite a bit past a tunnel. The staff service was mediocre at best. They were busy on their phones and didn't even notice me walk in. Their tone was also quite unpleasant. What's worse, the on-site room rate was cheaper than on Trip.com. I booked the same room type for over 300, but they were selling it for 255 at the front desk. When I complained to Trip.com, the hotel insisted the prices were the same. Overall, the experience was really disappointing."
