The ratings are strictly based on those categories. Seriously, I am unsure about the other floors but on the 21st floor, the sound proofing between rooms and ceiling is horrendous. Chatter and movement of furniture, water sound from the tap can be heard clearly.. its from a non connecting room. Staff are really polite and helpful I must say. Gym facilities is excellent. As for the pool, if you are a non-smoker, you may prefer to avoid it as smoking is allowed on some seating areas. The shopping mall is not in operation yet so consider your options before you book.

Less than standard for a budget hotel, room with no window, cable tv was sub standard and breakfast was plain. Extremely compact bathroom area, faucet not working properly. Carpet was dirty and wifi was a non factor. Location was in the middle of the city, easy access to practically anywhere.
