It's a fraud. It's a scam. No room service. No working TV. This is the room we were given after expecting a view. Tiny and claustrophobic like jail. And the hotel had nothing they could do about it. Save your money and find somewhere better for the price! There is NO view. Please prepare yourself for that. And guess what? *********** can't help either. Order a fridge and get s microwave and they can't help. So find another booking site as well. Don't ruin your holiday vibes. Also it's noisy at night-people speaking loudly. Vehicles anf construction sounds all night. Lots of disturbance. Shady. Also very painful bed. Feels like you are lying on a toy bed with metal pieces sticking out

Pathetic place. Nothing like the photos. It's an absolute lie from reality. No room service. Television has no English or hindi channels. The room was claustrophobic and noisy. There was nobody to address these concerns
