The Royale Senate Race Course, Bangalore

Hey as an explorer of stays during business visit booked this at the last minute for a 3 night stay in the month of Jan 2020. Its a very simple and a small hotel tucked in the congested lane of Race Course however once inside the room it is silent. I do have to say its well designed to ensure that each floor at least has some 6 - 8 rooms. Once inside the room i felt the lighting was poor and the place doesn't ventilation. Further i found the sheets in pale yellow with a smoky smelling linens. Wifi bugs up a lot with regular log ins. Not much to play on TV as well . Basic toiletries and yeah do note its a Pure Veg stay. Did have their breakfast which was pretty okay with limited options and poor coffee. Also ordered dinner where the people in the restaurant didnt have any idea of what to suggest for a solo traveller. The lucknowi kofta has too much of masala considering the restaurant there had a 4.5* rating. In all a very average place & experience for me what could have been a decent choice for solo business traveller.

The gym is great, with the treadmill in front of the clear pool. The breakfast was great and the room facilities were good. The only shower room is a shower hose.

It has been a very memorable stay at ITC maurya. It has the perfect blend of tradition, hospitality and yet a modern approach to customer centricity. The staff is very prompt, caring and courtesy. The rooms are very elegantly designed with all the modern amenities. Highly recommended and shall surely stay with them again. Thank you and grateful

Breakfast is too bad, on the top floor, but the environment on the top floor is poor. I feel the food is cold, there are few types and the waiters are not in place. I ordered a cup of cappuccino, but I thought I had a glass of milk and it was special A small cup. .

A great hotel . It was clean , hygienic , polite staff and stocked with all facilities . Have no complaints about the room as such . Good internet and tasty breakfast ( compliments to the chef ) Only issue I have is the lunch and dinner menu items are over priced . For eg. , I don’t think a simple order like plain white rice with chicken curry should cost 511 INR . But apart from this , it’s was a good stay . Definitely recommended .

The environment is okay, I mean the design of the hotel ~ The restaurant is in the center, listening to the atmosphere ~ Because in the bustling area, the surrounding vehicles are more noisy; like other tourists said, it has a long history and may be the reason for the damp. I live The room had a musty smell. I read this review to know about this, I do n’t care, because the location is close to the customer, and this hotel is the only choice in the city center. The service is good. The breakfast is good. There is no supermarket around. This is not very convenient. It is not convenient to buy other food. When I booked, I showed two beds, which was cheaper than one bed. Breakfast was two. It ’s a pity that I did n’t bring a friend to stay with me. I did n’t mean anything else, I felt a little unreasonable. One big bed, one bed for two people, each bed is really small, and one more person will fall off the bottom of the bed. The wifi signal is not good, and the internet speed is very ordinary.
