Very clean and nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. I love my room. The bed is super comfy. Not near to BtS but they have shuttle services. I will choose this hotel again for my next trip.

One of the comfiest hotel I’ve been in Bangkok! Loved the spa and complimentary mango sticky rice at Let’s Relax.

We ABSOLUTELY loved this hotel. Upon arrival, we were amazed with the stunning exterior and brand sparkling new interiors. Very modern and classy decor. Check in was quick and all visitors are gifted 8 tokens to use for food, beverages, the spa or gift shop. Our room was luxurious, cleaned meticulously daily with complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival. I love their breakfaat styles with buffer salad bar, pastries, cereals and drinks. From the menu, you could choose a free and full western, Japanese or local breakfast. Other top features of this fabulous hotel included, roof top pool, garden, bar with stunning night views, gym, steam and sauna, games room, top of the range spa, restaurants, excellent service by all staff, shuttle and lots of taxis and tuc tucs just outside. The only downside is it is a bit far from the hub so be prepared to pay to travel...not an issue as that is cheap. I will Definitely visit this stunning hotel again

My absolute favorite place to stay when I’m in Bangkok. They offer free minibar and the beds are soooo comfy!!

Fantastic city hotel. Lovely view from the pool. Sauna and steam and gym facilities. Showers, wc and decor are all new and great. Rooms on the lower levels are still a little noisy from Bangkok traffic. Wide selection of western and eastern breakfasts. Not much of a view from our room but it’s a city location and close to icon Siam and Chinatown.

I booked a stay on the day of the Loy Krathong Festival, and it was as perfect as expected. Can see the fireworks set off by the 5stars hotels along Chao Phraya River from the swimming pool on the 28th floor of the hotel. The hotel room is modern, neat and considerate, I’m impressed such as the anti-collision *****s on the corner, the night lights under the side table when going to the toilet at midnight, and when open the bathroom door , the height of the door can avoid bath mat perfectly. oh, sorry, I’m kinda picky. The game room on the 28th floor is my favorite. There are Sony PS5 game consoles , and darts machine, racing game, pinball for FREE. I was surprised by the affordable price of Room Dining menu. It’s cheap as using Grab food app to order food. And There is a free ice supply machine and a vending machine that the prices are cheap as 7-eleven on each floor. The gym is fully equipped with a steam room and sauna. I can just stay in the hotel all day. the Breakfast is also highly recommended. there are many varieties of choice, Western, Chinese and Thai styles. The craziest thing is that there’s a soft serve machine!!! This hotel is for who likes to veg out at the hotel all day long. Lol The hotel is also equipped with Let’s Relax massage, and a free shuttle tuk-Tuk car that can take you to Sala Deang or Saphan Taskin BTS stations.

Room was great. Had an issue with the booking but the hotel resolved quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and had a big selection. Room service food was great
