Hotels near Nimibutr Arena, Bangkok

Stayed here for 4 nights during Songkran week. The hotel is basically beside the National Stadium train station, so it's very much accessible. It's walking distance to malls like MBK, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, Siam Discovery. Room is clean. Shared shower/toilet is well maintained despite some people being too messy when taking a shower and getting the floor wet. The hotel has an open setup, so the corridors are exposed to open air, so you get some airflow (despite the Bangkok heat), although that also exposes the rooms to a lot of the noise pollution since the front is a main road and a train station. They have a theater room if you want to watch a movie, and they also have co-working spaces that you can use if you need to work. Breakfast is simple, offered by the TokioJo Restaurant. You only have 3 options to choose from, so I basically got to taste all 3 during my stay. But you can also order for lunch/snacks/dinner and even some drinks if you want to chill. Staff are great, they allowed me to check in when I arrived at 11am BKK time, and they also answered all my inquiries. TokioJo staff was also very accommodating when I had my meals there. For housekeeping, I didn't have my room cleaned during my stay, but I could say they cleaned the shared toilet/shower well on a daily basis. I think if there's a criticism that I could share, I wish the hotel had a lift. My room was at the 4th floor (topmost), and after a whole day of walking, the last thing I would like to do is put more strain on my knees and climb the stairs up to the room. I have a bad knee and after walking the whole day to join the water festival activities, my legs were really painful. Let me tell you, it became a struggle to come up to my room, to the point that I would not want to go down after I have already reached my room. So take note of this point if you plan to book this hotel. To be honest, I probably would think twice booking the hotel if I knew beforehand that they didn't have a lift, only because I had a knee problem. If you're coming from Don Meuang Airport, take the Red line to Bang Sue Grand, switch to Blue line to Silom station, switch to Sala Daeng station in the Sky Train (green line) and go to the National Stadium.

I have traveled to various countries so far, but it was the first time I had a beautiful and comfortable hostel. And the price is affordable! The first floor had a small cafe made by the check-in counter and the host, and the second floor was a kitchen and joint space, room, laundry, and third floor was a room. The joint toilet and shower were on the second and third floors 々 by men and women, and it was always clean because it was cleaned every day. And I was happy to have a key locker in front of the shower, and a washbasin with a dryer and a cotton swab. This service is not in the general hostel😆 I stayed in a six-person room this time, but I need a card key to enter the room, there is a locker with one key in the room, and the management of valuables is also safe The locker was the size of a suitcase with a total of 158cm on the three sides. Each bed had a curtain, a reading light, an outlet, and a bed that I could sleep with 182 cm in height was the best! I got a PET bottle of water for free every day, and when I returned to the hostel in the evening, I had a beautiful bed making and prepared a new bath towel ✨ The kitchen and joint space are also large, It was great to cool the delicious mango I bought in the market because I can use the refrigerator freely 😋 next to the hostel is seven eleven, opposite is a shopping mall, If you walk a little, there is a larger shopping mall, the bus stop and the train station are nearby, and the location is good 👍 There is a host who can speak Japanese as well as English, and I am used to traveling abroad Even if you are not, you can stay with peace of mind!

That's gonna be a tough one but I will try to be as neutral and honest in my review as possible. The hotel management really sucks. We arrived at the hotel and the bedsheets were dirty, not worm out, not grey due to many washes, just diry. After that they changed bedsheets and they were even dirtier; multiple yellow stains. Then they upgraded our room which was like the bare minimum, but bedsheets were dirty as well. It took them a while to finally get us clean bedsheets. I don't blame front desk stuff or ladies who clean the rooms. Rooms are clean for sure. But whoever runs this hotel should have a proper investigation why they couldn't find clean bedsheets. We met one guy who seemed like a manager with like really bad communication skills, not English, but communication skills. Another drawback is the noise, I don't know if it's common for hotels in BKK or we were just unlucky, but if you care about your sleep I suggest that you choose another hotel. Overall I would give this hotel 3.5/5

The location is very close to the Siam business district. It can be reached in a few minutes' walk. The three of us booked two rooms. In fact, one room was OK (with a double bed and a single bed), but it was a bit crowded and hygienic. The situation is good, but you have to be mentally prepared. Many hotels in Thailand do not have hair dryers.

This is by far the best hotel in terms of service I’ve came across. Arrived at about 11.30am to deposit our luggage but early check-in was granted instead to our surprise. We wanted to walk to central world via the main road but the staff, Som noticed that and told us about a sheltered walk-way and even walked us all the way till we are clear of our position. Never had I met any staff from any hotel who would walk with u. Also, happened to be my kids birthday on check-in day and the hotel staff surprised us with a cake, cookies, soft toys, and 2 hand written/ drawn cards! It was really a surprise that we didn’t expect. Thank u Som and Jam! Concierge service was excellent too. Always smiling and offering to help. Jam also took the initiative to help us bargain on a tuk tuk ride. Breakfast was great with quality food. Late check out was granted too. Our stay in Hyatt Erawan was truly enjoyable.

Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of the City I recently had the pleasure of staying at the prince palace and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. I arrived early morning and could leave my luggage in the storage room (in reception) until check in time at 2pm. Key cards do require a security deposit of 300 Baht.. Fully refundable if returned at time of check-out The building has a lift.. But I would hazard the mobility assisted aspect.. None of the bathrooms I saw had hand rails or support in place for people that needed an extra hand Breakfast from 7am till 11am This includes a variety of Thai dishes.. Coffee tea toast.. Fruit juice bananas.. And cereal with milk. Tipping my hat to the ever-present lady that takes such good care of us during breakfast.. Always a smile and always ready to help no matter what the situation.. Always busy making sure dishes remain full and enough to go around for all. There is a microwave if you would like to reheat your food. Food are not allowed in the rooms.. Signs posted everywhere.. Also they allow you to buy your lunch or dinner elsewhere and use the breakfast area to eat your meal. The livingroom has a smart TV with Netflix.. So if the hostel is full.. It can be a bit of a wrestle for the remote or your fav channel. Free WiFi included. To the rooms. For a shared bunk room.. The mattresses are very firm.. Your own cubby and light inside your nook and a curtain for privacy. Rooms are serviced daily. Towls and linen provided at no extra charge. I would suggest earplugs. The proximity to the road makes the noise late at night and early a bit tough to get a peaceful night's sleep.(Bangkok never sleeps at all.. Now does it..) Bathrooms and showers.. Men for their own and woman for theirs.. The women facility included a hairdryer.. The men's side not. Signs between the bathrooms are nearly identical.. Men's room marked with an M and the women's side with a W. Laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer on the 2nd floor.. So run a load while your having breakfast. All machines are coin operated.. 10 Baht coins only. The hostel is 5 to 10 mins walk away from Ratchathewi BTS Station.. And a plethora of dining options and convenience stores within a short walk from the hostel itself. If you had to.. SIAM / BACC / MBK are all within walking distance from this hostel as well for high end shopping or just plain browsing during the day.. No rooftop bar / pub / pool as some other hostels may offer around the city... But the location and team here more than makes up for it. Overall.. A lovely sweet deal 3 showers and 3 toilets on the men's side.. And a communal wash basin and 2 urinals. (speaking only for the 4th floor here)

It was my first trip to Bangkok and it was quite beautiful. There is also an elevator, which is convenient. There is a restaurant called 711 under the hotel, so shopping is not a problem. Amenities were also plentiful.

Really very friendly and fantastic service. Price is very reasonable. All staff and owner friendly. If u ll go Bangkok try to stay this hotel.hotel environment I like very much. Hotel area is nice. Not to far for MBK and platinum Shopping mal.

A very good hotel for the price., The hotel is connected to the airport metro and is a very good and clean hotel After coming to the hotel, if you have to go anywhere then it is very easy because the metro is right at the gate. local restaurants, Starbucks and food shops are just outside the hotel.I think this is the cheapest and best hotel in a city like Bangkok.
