This hotel wasn't very crowded, and I'm so grateful to the owner for the free upgrade – it really enhanced our experience! The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

Although there is no shuttle bus from the hotel front desk to the cabin, you have to climb 2 slopes and walk dozens of steps to get up and down the back mountain, but the location is much better than the glass house. Compared to the very old main building, the cabin should be built later, and the overall facilities are much better. The room was tiny, and the facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel. The mattress was incredibly soft; after just one night, my back was aching. The bed frame was even worse – I was afraid to even turn over because it made such a loud creaking noise. It was really disturbing at night.
