Lanzhou Hotels with Bars

We took our parents and kids on a family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel was located in Xigu District, just a short walk from the highway exit. It's a bit far from the city center, but parking is convenient. Wanda Plaza is right next door, and Chen Ji Lanzhou Beef Noodles, which is delicious, is downstairs. As for the hotel environment, it's one of the best I've stayed in among many branded hotels. We booked a family room and a double room. The family room had a children's play area, a small toilet seat, a bathroom footstool, and children's slippers—they couldn't have been more considerate of our little one. It was very cozy, and our child had a great time and said they wanted to come back. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. After showering and washing away the fatigue of our trip, we lay in bed and asked Xiaodu (a smart speaker) to turn on the TV and change the curtains. We also asked the butler to bring us a bowl of porridge for dinner—it couldn't have been more comfortable. Although it was just a short stop in Lanzhou, the hotel experience was very satisfying. One last suggestion: the breakfast could be more varied; not every customer wants to go out for beef noodles. 😀

I booked this room for a concert because it's close to the Olympic Sports Center. I didn't see it clearly when booking, but it was a windowless room. The front desk told me on arrival that it had no windows. I was so disappointed. Living alone is scary, and not having a window was a bit claustrophobic. Later, the front desk asked me about the room, and I complained about it. While I was having dinner, the front desk guy called and offered to change my room. The service was excellent, even offering to pick up takeout if it couldn't be delivered. The room we moved to was indeed larger and clean. There were still some hairs on the floor, perhaps because the cleaning lady didn't have enough time. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Highly recommended.

I booked this hotel because I used to live nearby and was familiar with the area. The hygiene and service were good. Although it's on a main street, it wasn't noisy, and I stayed for several days. There's a restaurant downstairs, and with two universities nearby, there are many snack options. Mogouyan and Qishi Hand-pulled Noodles are not far away, and electric scooters are very convenient. My favorite was the craft beer restaurant in the creative industry park – highly recommended! Although the location is quite far east, a bit from Zhongshan Bridge and Lanzhou West Railway Station, taxis are very convenient, avoiding the bustling city center, and there are basically no queues on holidays. One thing I didn't get to try was the hotel's advertised specialties, and they didn't offer afternoon tea.

The overall experience of this hotel is superb, the location is convenient, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were complete. The front desk staff was warm and courteous, and the check-in was efficient and fast. The cleaning is meticulous, the sound insulation is good, and the night is quiet and not noisy. The facilities are brand new and intact, with sufficient hot water and good lighting and ventilation. Very good value for money, whether it is a business trip or a play, it will be preferred here next time you stay, highly recommended!

What impressed me most was the professional service of Zuo Zuo at the front desk. We were exhausted when we arrived in the early morning, but she was still energetic, smiling warmly, and quickly and efficiently processed our check-in. She also proactively introduced the hotel facilities and nearby restaurants, thoughtfully reminding us to get some rest. This meticulous care made us feel incredibly warm and instantly washed away the fatigue of our journey. This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle. The driver even helped with my luggage. It's also incredibly close to the airport, only a 10-minute drive. The next day, I was rushing to catch an early flight and forgot my earphones in my room.
