While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

Very nice riad in the middle of Rabata, with only 4 minutes walk from the parking, very easy to find. Four-bedroom room with mesonin, top two beds, bottom two single beds, everything very clean and comfortable, windows come out on the inner balcony. There is air conditioning, teapot, refrigerator, fan, napkins. Breakfast is very delicious, saturated and beautiful (egg, baking, honey, jim, olive pasta, fruit, sufle, freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee). Attentive and kind staff. On the roof of the terrace with lying and tables. A small pool is probably more decorative, have not tried to swim)) To the main attractions you can get on foot.

Overall the hotel is great , however , its in isolated location and you will need 20 to 30 mins drive to reach to any destination.

All staff are very helpful and ready to help when ever you need them. Upon our return our flight was late eveining so they where very accommodating and gave us 2 hours extra before check out.

Although the rooms in this hotel are cramped, they are small but well-equipped. The beds and bedding are spotless, the toiletries are clean as new, the windows are bright and clean, and the hygiene is remarkable. The breakfast provided by the store is rich in variety, with sweet and smooth porridge and crispy cakes, which are enough to fill the stomach and relax. The convenience of transportation is really a must. It is adjacent to the main road and connected to the post road. Buses and subways are around, making business travel and visiting scenic spots all convenient and unobstructed. As for the furnishings in the room, they are ingenious, and the details such as shelves, charging stations, and emergency lights are all considered, which shows that they are thoughtful. However, there is still room for improvement in service. Although the response is not slow, the initiative and enthusiasm are not enough. When the guests ask questions, there are occasional delays, which is not perfect. As for the price, the price and value are weighed, although it is not a big discount, it is fair, not overcharging customers, and not surprising. In summary, if you are looking for a simple and clean room and convenient travel, this hotel is a good choice; if you value the experience of being at home, then the hotel still needs to improve.

This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend

This program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point. Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun. The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. Only regret was the guide and driver had a weak voice cause fatigue.
