"Pretty tired hotel in a god location, took ages to check in, almost thirty minutes and there was a long queue behind me and just two people on the desk. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you arrive at a city and just have the evening, half an hour is a long time. I jumped straight in the shower before heading out - no towels! In a 5 star hotel. I had to use the duvet cover off one of the beds to dry off. Told reception and the towels were there when I got back from town. Generally the room is shabby, shower curtain attached by just a few rings, cracked tiles etc. Breakfast was ok but again, a coffee machine in a 5 star? Someone constantly dragging chairs around somewhere for maybe an hour, no exaggeration, like they were dragging one after another about 10 meters each time. Great view from the 5th floor pool and terrace. Would never stay again."

"Attending a conference in Rabat, I serendipitously stumbled upon this accommodation right in the city center, which turned out to be the most fortunate discovery of my entire trip. The location is simply unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making taxis incredibly easy to hail. The surrounding area is bustling with cafes, supermarkets, and Chinese restaurants – there's even a hair salon! (A handsome Moroccan stylist named Tony offers a wash and blow-dry for just around 35 RMB. The hair wash is incredibly relaxing, complete with a massage, and the styling is top-notch. Honestly, what more could you ask for? I was tempted to go every single day!) Our hostess was exceptionally kind and an absolutely amazing cook. "The hotel is very conveniently located. There are several museums nearby, and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. But...the cigarette smell! That's a major drawback for us. No amount of fragrance can get rid of it. The soundproofing leaves much to be desired. You can hear pedestrians talking from the street. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hot drinks were served warmly, with a wide selection and everything was delicious. The reception staff was friendly. It's possible to leave your luggage after check-out. Overall, we recommend it."

"Riad is located on the edge of the medal, which allows you to spend the minimum time on the movement of luggage from taxi to riad. Riad and the numbers are authentic and atmospheric. The hotel staff were friendly and kind, but we were settled a little later than 14 hours since the room was not ready. The water in the room was cold, the problem was not solved, but allowed to take a shower in the next room with warm water. Breakfast was quite short and instead of cappuccino brought cocoa, but the view from the roof on the breakfast was great. The room had a bottle of water, which is more exceptional for Morocco than a rule that is also a plus. The price-quality ratio for Morocco is also quite good, so in general I would rather recommend this riad, despite the downsides."

The breakfast provided by the store is rich in variety, with sweet and smooth porridge and crispy cakes, which are enough to fill the stomach and relax. The convenience of transportation is really a must. It is adjacent to the main road and connected to the post road. Buses and subways are around, making business travel and visiting scenic spots all convenient and unobstructed. As for the furnishings in the room, they are ingenious, and the details such as shelves, charging stations, and emergency lights are all considered, which shows that they are thoughtful. However, there is still room for improvement in service. Although the response is not slow, the initiative and enthusiasm are not enough. When the guests ask questions, there are occasional delays, which is not perfect. As for the price, the price and value are weighed, although it is not a big discount, it is fair, not overcharging customers, and not surprising. In summary, if you are looking for a simple and clean room and convenient travel, this hotel is a good choice; if you value the experience of being at home, then the hotel still needs to improve."

The service is very intimate and everything needs to be met as much as possible. The location is very convenient. Go out and turn right and then turn left and go straight for about 1km. It is Rabat Ville train station. It is not necessary to take a train taxi. Very recommended. tips: If you walk to the Hassanta site, remember to turn right and then turn left straight (passing the Ville train station), so it takes a total of 20 minutes to walk, if you turn left, it will take nearly 40 minutes (I stepped on the pit, only to find out when I came back).

New, clean hotel with a great location and friendly staff. Excellent view from the windows of the rooms on the park and the square, at night it is quite quiet and you can have a great rest after traveling. In the morning they provide a good breakfast with fresh juice, pastries, coffee and of course Moroccan tea with mint. If necessary, you can safely park a car or motorcycle next to the hotel. One of the best hotels in Rabat in terms of price / quality. You will feel at home there. For those who like to travel on foot, I think this is an ideal place, since you go straight to a beautiful street and walk along it to many important sights of the city, or easily call a taxi, it in Rabat (and in general in Morocco) costs almost as much as public transport, only more convenient. Also in the hotel and within walking distance from the hotel there are cafes and restaurants for every taste.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to attractions. Spacious apartment. Washing machine! Choice of pillows, softer or firmer. Luggage can be left for free. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The refrigerator is huge. Light-blocking blinds are available. Water is available in a water dispenser on the ground floor. The air conditioners worked fine. There's even a clothes dryer. Cons: The front desk is unscheduled. We waited an hour to drop off our suitcases. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-out is at 2:00 PM in all hotels, and 12:00 PM is typical. I'd like to see them review this. There's no table cloth or dish sponge. The shower head leaks. The dishes need to be updated. One glass. One teaspoon. Any chips need to be removed. The stains on the sofa need to be cleaned, and other people's hair should be removed. A cotton rug should be placed on the floor. There are so many stains on the floor, even though we walked on them and my socks were clean. And the synthetic bedding is absolutely no good; if I'd known, I wouldn't have ordered it. I scratched myself all night. This is the most expensive room.

My stay did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category. Basic amenities such as drinking water and some toiletries were missing, and the room was smaller than what was booked. Extra blankets were also not available despite the cold weather. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving these essential details to provide a better guest experience in the future.

These are good apartments. The room has a refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, and washing machine. You can cook your own food. Nearby is the Bim store. Large living space, modern interior. There was a small problem with hot water; it takes a long time to heat up using an autonomous heater. Sometimes the noise of the air conditioner and washing machine in the neighboring rooms was disturbing. The room I lived in is located on the 4th floor, and on the roof there is also either a laundry room or bed linen washing. The sound can be heard in the room - this is a minus. The hotel is located next to the Botanical Garden, where it is pleasant to relax during the day and evening.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
