Barcelona is very charming. I only stayed there for two days. The hotel is in a first-class location, just a stone's throw away from Casa Mila and surrounded by various big-name stores. The hotel restaurant is delicious and the breakfast is also very good.

The room I checked into in this hotel was completely different from the room type and facilities I saw on Ctrip. The actual room I checked in was very small, and the bathroom and activity area were very narrow. Putting down a suitcase will affect walking. I have reported this problem to customer service, but the hotel did not respond in time. Three days after checking out, I did not receive any reply or solution.

I stayed for three days in a row. The room was very new. I initially booked a room with a terrace. It was a bit too small to accommodate my several large suitcases. After a short communication, I changed to a suite. The window of the suite is only facing the street late. On weekends, there are always people shouting and there will be some noise. The staff are very helpful. Very good attitude

The rooms are a little cramped, but the ones with balconies are really nice. The service of the staff is very enthusiastic. The amount of water in the bathroom shower is too small. Except for some dust in some blind spots, the room hygiene is pretty good.

Immaculate and quiet rooms. We ate all seven breakfasts and two of our dinners at the hotel restaurant. Delicious food and great service. Menu had wide variety. The consierge also recommended other excelent restaurants and made reservations for us. The concierge services were the best I have ever experienced. One of our bags with all of the meds of one of our party was lost on the train from Cordova to Madrid, resulting in a medical emergency, The concierge worked with railroad agents, located the bag in a small town hundreds of miles away, and arranged to have it delivered to our room. In the meantime, the concierge arranged for a doctor to treat one of us and prescribe missing meds. The concerienge arranged to have the prescriptions filled, picked them up, and delivered them to our room. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It felt like we were staying in with a dear friend.

Wonderful place, cute rooms, restaurants inside and out are excellent and reasonable, great service at all levels - and the bar is an excellent place to finish the evening with a well made *****ni! All thumbs up. I have nothing negative about to say!
