The beach is stunning.!!!
That’s it… it feels like you walk into a place where the only people looked at are the band colors that requires respect… all is seperated for the VIP the rest can get lost they don’t care they really do make you feel like low class if your color is standard and forget about getting service…
The food is worse then the reviews… and most restaurants are closed or are too packed to let you eat there…
Gorgeous hotel but so sad as you see everyone’s unhappiness and confusion around where your allowed to walk… or eat at. My Ac was broken twice… I asked them to fix it no one showed I ended up being up all night from the heat… and don’t get me started around check in…

Property is new, hotel is in great condition, pools are clean. But service was poor. Restaurants are booked, always reserve it ahead because in the property you wont find a place. Most of the restaurants are adults only. If you’re coming here with kids thjnk twice. Hotel is greag for adults. Food was so so. Italian restaurant was our favorite. Buffet is average. Serpice is poor.

Best hotel we visited so far. Our concierge Rosemary was phenomenal as well as the entire staff. Will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.
My wife got sick and Rosemary took her own car and went to the closest pharmacy and got her medicine. Can’t say enough good things about this resort.

The staff is great there’s nothing they won’t help you with. The only thing I would like them to add is the culture of DR . There wasn’t any Spanish music or expression of the culture.

The rooms and facilities are terrific. The two-bedroom suites are nicer than those at most 5-star resorts we've stayed at, including from the St. Regis, Four Season, etc. brands. And the beds are fabulous.
Our criticism is that as an all-inclusive resort, while there are many food options, none of them are outstanding, and the better ones are very hard to book. Plan ahead. And go off-property for the best food. Thank goodness some great restaurants are walkable down the beach.

Spectacular resort! The resort is beautiful, food was good, rooms are modern and very clean. It seemed like all the rooms had good views, too. The staff was friendly and attentive. The beach was well maintained and classy. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The service was excellent and food was great. The guest concierge Jendry was amazing. He helped us with everything and was available to answer all our questions and rest of the staff was very friendly too. Resort was very clean and tons of stuff to do with kids.

Travelled solo. I felt very safe which is a priority especially when travelling alone. The accommodations, property, pools, beach and dining were all 5-star in my opinion. The extra details in both service and grounds keeping were impeccable. I had a wonderful mini getaway and I plan to comeback again.
