Well located hotel with excellent breakfast and very good service, especially the person who makes the omelets, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in Bras and one of the elevators was not working and there was a wait. I recommend the hotel for the attention and hospitality.

Without luggage, it wasn't a problem. But getting in and out was a real inconvenience. The receptionist who greeted me barely looked at me and the room smelled musty. I expected more given the name and size of the hotel.

The Vela Branca hotel, part of the Andrade chain, offers good value for money, but some important aspects need to be improved. The apartments are cleaned satisfactorily, but the outdoor areas leave something to be desired (see photos attached).
