Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

We wanted a one night stay to see the Chimaera and Olympos. The hotel was well situated for us on the edge of Çirali. Carrie was very friendly and accommodating especially because of a mistake we made when booking. The rest of the staff were pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent, both evening meal and breakfast, especially the home made jams.

Great hotel, good everything!!! Starting from location, the most beautiful mountains, green, and the sea 😍 it's just beauty!!! The hotel itself is large, green. A huge clean territory, lots of locations, places for walking. Big beach, lots of cheeslons, find free-no problem at any time. Food is above all praise!!! Very tasty, very much, very diverse. Every day with a new theme. A whole day at different locations, my food. About alcohol I can say only for wine, as I drink only it. Very tasty local wine, not a headache, no spots, very pleasant taste. Entertainment for children and adults from morning to evening, everyone can find a shower entertainment. The pools, very many, big. Very clean, there is a small aquapark. We lived in rooms in the garden, they were with new repairs, very clean and quiet. The hotel liked absolutely ALL!!!

Из хорошего - неплохой ремонт в номерах, близость к морю, уютная территория. На этом плюсы заканчиваются и начинаются минусы: за 9 дней пребывания у нас предложили убраться 1 раз, помыться удавалось через день - периодически не было горячей воды или не было напора, завтраки это отдельная тема. Никакого разнообразия: почти не меняющийся набор закусок (хлеб, сыр, чуть-чуть овощей, варенье и оливки) и одно яйцо на человека (жареное или вареное), три дольки персика и пол банана на двух взрослых людей (вы смеетесь?), из напитков только чай и вода. Сок и кофе за доп плату (причем в два раза дороже чем в других кафе). Ничего мясного (колбаса, сосиски, бекон) на завтрак не предполагается вообще. Вердикт такой: остановиться тут дня на 3 было бы нормально - завтрак не успеет надоесть, можно прожить 3 дня без уборки и нормального душа. Но мы к сожалению были в отеле несколько дольше, поэтому вкусили весь спектр во всей красе. Ах да, еще 5 дней из 9 у нас практически не работал wifi.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days as part of our big trip along the Antalya coast. I believe this hotel offers optimal value for money for a family vacation. The beautiful green grounds, the sea just 2 minutes from our room, a good kids' club, a water park, and several à la carte restaurants on-site without reservations – all of this is excellent for the price. I've stayed at higher-level hotels that were several times more expensive. The main differences between them and Crystal Flora are usually the presence of certain delicacies and the quality of evening shows. For example, at Crystal Flora, I didn't see any lamb, red salted fish, good beef, or shrimp. However, there were calamari, trout steaks, sea bass, and dorado. Overall, the food is fantastic for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children of all ages. It's a great place!

I've been vacationing there for 3 years now. I really like the hotel: - friendly staff - clean area - excellent choice of dishes in the restaurant - decent music parties It's better to take rooms with mountain views 😵💫

This hotel is highly recommended. The hotel has beautiful beaches, a variety of drinks and drinks, a variety of Turkish snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner are very rich, you can see the hotel's intentions, and each waiter is very enthusiastic, service attitude well. Due to the off-season, the price we book is not expensive, so the price is super high, it is recommended

The hotel is wonderfully designed and offers an appealing ambience. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The animation team offers great offers and is very motivated. The food is fantastic. I still have one criticism: A table tennis table for outside would have been nice. Unfortunately, the existing one is in poor condition and urgently needs to be replaced. Otherwise the hotel is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Hotel in the ancient Ottoman style ,very beautiful . Cosy , lots of greens, beautiful furniture in the area where breakfast is held. Breakfasts are diverse , delicious.The pool is large clean . The room is comfortable , large comfortable bed, One pluses. !!!! Staff smiling welcome , always come to help all will tell . Everyone speaks Russian, thank you very much!!!! I will definitely return to your hotel 😍😍😍

The hotel is in a great location, on the second line from the beach, with the sea just across the road. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the staff is polite... and that's where the good things end. The food is simply awful. How can they serve the same thing every single day? It feels like they're using the cheapest possible ingredients, to the point where it's unappetizing. After a week, I was completely sick of it. There's no animation; music plays in the evenings until 11 PM, and then it's bedtime for everyone. They do offer to take you to nightclubs afterward, though. The beach and sea were a total shock... the sun loungers are so crammed together you can barely walk between them. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again.
