Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

We had a lot of fun and got plenty of rest. We didn't want to leave. We were there during the holiday, but it never felt crowded. Everything was spotless: rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and bars. The evening shows were fantastic, especially the magician and the 'shine party.' My daughter loved the aquapark. Bircan Hanım's gözlemes (flatbreads) were delicious. The à la carte menu could use a slight change; the pizzas could be better. Also, hot items like pişi (fried dough) and fried eggs could be replenished as they run out. The morning cheese selection could be varied, but overall, there was always good food. We would definitely come back again. Thanks to everyone who contributed!

Очень хороший комплекс, чистый бассейн, вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Удобные номера. Нам повысили категорию номера бесплатно, так как было много свободных бунгало, но это был не сезон(апрель). До пляжа 2 мин пешком. Также в пешей доступности местная достопримечательность, древний город.

We stayed with two friends for 5 days. The facilities and activities were adequate. The food was very good and the staff was very attentive. I can go again.

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

We liked the rest very much . Clean, service and animation at the top level. Work trip.com very fast and did not deliver problems . I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location, on the second line from the beach, with the sea just across the road. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the staff is polite... and that's where the good things end. The food is simply awful. How can they serve the same thing every single day? It feels like they're using the cheapest possible ingredients, to the point where it's unappetizing. After a week, I was completely sick of it. There's no animation; music plays in the evenings until 11 PM, and then it's bedtime for everyone. They do offer to take you to nightclubs afterward, though. The beach and sea were a total shock... the sun loungers are so crammed together you can barely walk between them. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again.

Simple but nice hotel with good location. Clean pool. Light and tasty breakfast. There is a smell of animals on the territory, but there are no unnecessary smells in the room. Clean towels and bed linen. Air conditioning works well. I would like a small table in the room (it is inconvenient to drink tea or coffee, there is no place to put it) Overall, thank you.
