We had a wonderful stay! Nothing but nice and friendly, helpful people/staff who welcomed us with a smile: at the reception, the restaurants, the cleaning ladies: outside/inside, at the swimmingpool: the saviors, the aqua gym, at the bar, at the evening events: the shows, the music, the dancing! The kids have their own show at 20:30, I loved it! The food is very tasty, the mattresses and cushions/beds, make you feel in heaven. The environment is wonderful, mountains, the Adriatic, the old city Budva is nearby. It's a nice walk or you can take a cab or a water taxi. If you prefer it more adventurous, go into the mountains, waterfalls, swimming, Lot's of possibilities to make excursions f.i. to Kotor or a nice boattrip. We had some rainy days but no way to be bored, one can play darts, sjoelbak, tennis, there 's a spa, an inside swimmingpool, and a lot more. One of our friends wanted to go home because of the passing away of a family member and she got all the help from the staff one can get. Do I have to mention something less nice ... I'm sorry ;-)

The best place ever to visit with my family ! Everything it's just amazing, i ve been traveling here for the past 4 years and I'm just satisfied with everything; the food, the staff, hospitality, the people are amazing, the rooms offer you the best conditions and the best comfort. The night shows / concerts are the best part of the hotel, the kids have fun every night with the mascot Stella and the animators. The kids star club offers different activities that boost their imagination and make them think and learn something new ! The food is the best part. The chefs/Waitters are careful and clean and there is a lot of activities that consider the national food etc. I 100% recommend it. Relax & enjoy everything.

We had a fabulous 6 night stay at Iberostar Bellevue in April, as a family with a child. The weather was perfect, although it's not peak season. Lovely and sunny, without being scorching hot, in the daytime and pleasant cool towards night time. (Highs of 22-25° and lows of 15-18°) The multiple restaurants on the property did an excellent job at keeping everyone well fed, with no worries of opening and closing times as there was always food & snacks available, in the main restaurants during meal times and in the pizzeria during the periods in between. Ice cream flowed freely and we had a few scoops each and everyday, to cool off in the lovely sun. The lunch and dinner buffets were more focused on meat in the main courses but there was always plenty to eat even though we aren't big on meat. Pizzas and pastas were always available as well and we had plenty of these, alongside copious amounts of cheese and olives. Wine, beer and local alcohol is also included in the all inclusive offering at most of the bars in the property. The hotel boasts of 4 lovely pools, including an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, which were our go-to, a fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, an indoor games room and boules/petanque. There is direct beachfront access to Becici beach, which was not super busy during our stay in April. The Entertainment team was great, spanning across kiddies Star camp in the daytime (activity club where kids can be left in their care everyday for 4+ hours), mini disco for the kids everyday at 8.30pm and then other entertainment such as Bingo, DJ at 9.30pm. Beware though, if you get asked to be a volunteer in the Fakir Show, DONT! The hotel caters to a wide variety of travellers, mainly families with kids and groups of seniors, and has a very multicultural vibe. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the #resortlife and would 100% recommend Iberostar Bellevue for your next vacation! We look forward to exploring other Iberostar hotels in the future! Let's go Starky let's go Stella!

We had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. I would have given it 5/5, but feel it needs just a few little tweaks to achieve that score. When we first arrived myself and my family were all upgraded free of charge to the Sea View room in the priority location building.....wow. The views from the rooms were absolutely stunning. They were lovely and clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily and our housekeeper Dusica did a great job. The lady at reception was so helpful....booking taxi's for us to Budva and Kotor. The food at the buffets was lovely. After two weeks though, it became very repetitive. There was not much variety from night to night. You could get everything from salads/fish/meats/stews/pastas etc, but maybe having a theme section that changed daily would make it a bit more interesting for those who have booked longer stays. Also, a couple of spicier options would be nice too. The views from the terrace are some of the best views we have ever seen...and we are very well travelled. The pools are lovely. Yes they are cold, but after a minute or two you soon got used to it. The gardens and surroundings are immaculately kept. We never had trouble getting beds for 9 people around the pools in October. The bars are fab. Just ask for your favorite cocktails to be made with named spirits. We had Mojitos with Havana rum or Pina Coladas with Malibu. If you don't ask for the spirit you want, you will just get the cheap cocktails that don't taste very nice.....just ask. The staff are more then happy to help. Aleksandra in the pizza bar is outstanding. She always had a smile and her cocktails were the best. The beach bar has so much potential. It is a lovely area, but has no atmosphere. Perhaps some music, or turn the TV on and play some music videos. The area around the entertainment stage was the only place with a bit of atmosphere. The only problem is the seating is very uncomfortable. We had two people in their 80's and the hard benches were not great for a whole night. We did manage to get a couple of comfortable seats for them on a couple of nights and it made all the difference. The shows were very good. The singers were really talented. We didn't pay for sunbeds on the beach. We had beds by the pool, and strolled down and had a swim. The view looking back at the hotel from the sea and along the coast is stunning. Lastly and certainly not least the animation team. They really made our holiday. From the 10.00 they wake the pool up with the club dance. They then offer lots of games....darts/boules/table tennis and random games that were all entertaining (even if just to watch). Katarina with the Pilates and aqua aerobics was brilliant. Abdul, Nikola and Denis were all so much fun. The main animation guy (sorry forgot his name - but he's been there 15yrs) was always smiling and making sure everyone was having a great holiday. The walk to Budva was easy.....all flat and took about 35

If you are a family with young children looking for a nice hotel at a reasonable price, this hotel is probably perfect for you. As a couple looking for a relaxing getaway it lacked in a number of areas - we had a priority location room in block one and it was a lovely room with a large balcony and great view . The chairs on the balcony were so small, hard and uncomfortable that you couldn’t sit out on the balcony to enjoy it - put some cushioned chairs out there or better still some loungers! - the food is of reasonable quality for this rating hotel with plenty of variety though a bit repetitive. I would highly recommend making one area of the restaurant adult only. Not anti children, we realise it’s a family hotel but to have every meal listening to screaming toddlers got a bit much. Also the constant banging when the staff rid the plates of food / try using a scraper that wouldn’t have the diners wishing they had earplugs! - there is nowhere nice to have an evening drink at this hotel - the downstairs bar is like a canteen, no character or atmosphere, the pool bar isn’t much better and hasn’t enough seating, we went out most evenings as we couldn’t find anywhere to enjoy an adult drink in the hotel. - the hotel says that the beach seats are ‘managed by an outside company’ - maybe but the seats are the same as the hotels and they all wear Bellevue t-shirts - rip off to be chatged 12 euro a day - having said that we did it as all seats round the pool are gone by 6.30. Although there is a kids pool, most of the kids seem to be in the main pool with inflatables and balls while the parents sit on their phones and smoke I know like the other hundreds of reviews the management says it will pass recommendations on but these points seem to have been raised repeatedly and no changes are made If you want an adult holiday, I’d avoid If you

We liked: 1) the cuisine, 2) beautiful terrace overlooking the bay from the restaurant, 3) great entertainment stuff. We didn't like: 1) Pools overflowing with people or too cold. 2) The beach: there are sunbeds for a fee, one next to the other, like sardines in a can, not much place for swimming, lots of people. 3) There are at least 3 or maybe 4 buildings belonging to the hotel, so huge amount of people, the modern and elegant rooms were in the building with SPA area. The rest very average. We saw both types. 4) The cleaning - to improve. We missed a good bar or a lobby where you could take an elegant drink. There are bars, but we expected something more from 4*. If you take a plane, go directly to Tivat, as from Dubrovnik people were driving even 6 hours from the airport (we talked to differents guests). It rains there sometimes, so be prapared for a big storm from time to time.

Firstly the hotel is very big …three separate blocks …very well maintained with beautiful well kept landscape Its position next to the beach is beautiful although the sun beds etc are chargeable by another company…it’s very difficult getting out of the sea so be warned Food is lovely with plenty of choice if not a little repetitive…no decaf coffee or tea …although there was limited non alcoholic beer some of the time The staff are amazing which is not what you could say for the clients ….its all inclusive and the amount of waste is appalling…children and adults pilling up plates and not touching the food disgraceful …there is also a constant banging in the restaurant (so we thought there must be some construction work this is not the case it’s the staff banging plates removing waste food )Also the dress code rule in the restaurant was completely ignored … The hotel has three beautiful pools and provides towels at €20 Euro deposit and although it states you can’t save a sunbed the staff at the pool just overlooked this rule just wandering around and by 8am every bed around the pool was baggied and not a sole sat on them …some had towels on them for hours with no occupants Our room was in a superior location and was beautiful and was cleaned everyday ..the ladies were really lovely Overall we had a great holiday..the Montenegro Blue trip (Jet2) was excellent but it’s cash only €55 each but well worth it .. we also visited Budva by taxi which is €7 going in arranged by the hotel and €15 back which is a bit bizarre but beware taxis’s can rip you off The hotel does provide some entertainment each night and activities during the day also children’s entertainment Please don’t rely on Wi-Fi either it’s very intermittent and when we asked we were told it was smart phones which have a problem with signal ???? Overall we had a lovely holiday but saving sun beds needs to be addressed especially when they are imposing the rules

Iberostar Bellevue: the second holiday in this chain's hotel after Mallorca. And for the first time - in Montenegro. The tour operator in Lithuania assured that there were no dissatisfied tourists yet. Although many reviews on Tripadvisor are not very positive. Our week-long vacation was good: living in building A, where there is a pizzeria and a restaurant with a terrace. Room 1114 - clean, spacious for three persons, renovated with a large balcony and comfortable outdoor furniture. Air conditioner works well. The double bed was comfortable, no noise disturbed the rest and special wishes for our dear room cleaner from Moldova ❤️! The territory of the hotel is large and maintained. Free Wi-Fi worked not well therefore we bought a local card: 1T - 20€. The food is varied and delicious. The hotel was full, personal attention in restaurant is not very good. As written in the reviews, there are no sunbeds by the pools since early morning. It seems that the hotel management took this into account and many additional sunbeds were placed in the garden around the pools. Evening entertainment - attractive sometimes. 4 bars with drinks, one of them - with food (pizzas, pancakes, fruit, ice cream). Among the minuses - 12-15 eur price of two sunbeds by the sea for the day. Under the all inclusive system it was surprising. Adriatic sea was great with +25 temperature. The views of the mountains surrounding the hotel are romantic. The nature is great. Special thanks to the staff who took into account several requests I made via email prior to arrival. Therefore, I confidently recommend this hotel for a quiet family vacation. As a small and young country, Montenegro left a good impression. You can see how the country is rapidly developing tourism and is already boldly competing in price-quality ratio with Spain, Italy or Greece. Montenegro overtook our expectations. Also Dubrovnik: we went on an excursion in Croatia. Travel time with 4 hours in Dubrovnik - from 7 am to 6 pm.
