"The hotel was correct. The shocking thing is when once we paid the whole amount on this site, we were told to add 14€ extra as municipality fees and a different rate was applied. As we did not want to argue, we paid them but we did not understand the discrepancy between the hotel and trip.com"

"Very disappointing stay – lack of assistance and unacceptable management. I stayed one night in this hotel (room 105) and my experience was very disappointing. The television in the room was completely unusable, stuck on the home screen. Despite several attempts (menu, sources, etc.), it was impossible to access any channels. I should mention that I have a video proving this malfunction. At 9:20 PM, I went to reception to ask for help: it was closed (closing at 9 PM), without any clear indication of a phone number or assistance procedure. As a result: no solution, no help, and a service not provided. The next morning, I was told that an explanatory sign was supposed to be posted to explain the procedure to follow in case of a problem… but that it had been forgotten the day before. In other words, the customer is left without a solution due to a lack of organization. But the most shocking thing is the way the situation was handled. The hotel manager left me a voicemail message in a particularly inappropriate, even aggressive tone, indirectly blaming me for the situation. This message also contained inaccurate information (notably about a supposed customer who had checked in after me at a time when that was impossible, as well as about my supposed loyalty to the brand, even though this was my first stay). Finally, the breakfast fell far short of expectations: limited choice, small portions, and questionable quality, particularly some undercooked items. In short: - Unusable equipment - No assistance available - Acknowledged deficiency (missing sign) - Inappropriate and unprofessional response - Disappointing breakfast. I was offered a partial discount, but no full refund despite these issues. For a 3-star hotel, this experience clearly falls below expected standards, both in terms of service and customer relations. I do not recommend this establishment given how this incident was handled."

A good hotel with a very welcome and pleasant staff and the setting of the bed for our child has been managed so thank the team!  Small bemol I'd liked 2 lots of wallpaper in our room since we were 2 (and the climate was a little more discreet) In contrast, the security level: the entrance door of the hotel and the lift have closed on our child without detecting his presence. Even if we, like any parents, should be vigilant, it might be necessary to revise the height of the detectors for small TTs.   But we're still on good impression"
