Nice hotel. Decent stay, and would consider staying there again. The breakfast was decent, considering it was over the Chinese New Year and there was a shortage of staff. Friendly check in staff, and overall good experience. There were however a few cigarette burns on the chair in the room. Other than that, decent stay.

Great stay. The hotel is well located with many amenities close by. The staff are very helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Beihai.

房間滿意，服務滿意，酒店設施齊全，性價比高，拍照超好看。樓頂無邊泳池可以俯瞰市景，遠觀海上日落，美麗。26樓晚上有清吧，酒店送了女士雞尾酒，有情調。

房間比較小，很多東西都是布藝的，衞生不好打掃，衞生間洗漱小盒子裏有一根頭髮，感覺不太好，智能馬桶還可以，淋浴拖鞋是消毒封裝的，還可以，游泳池小朋友喜歡，早飯不錯，沙拉很新鮮

整個酒店環境優雅，位置也很棒，住宿就有糖水和雞尾酒贈送，很nice，特別是冬梅、曉華2位前台小姐姐很熱情，旅行的問題有問必答，很耐心，服務真的太好啦，有機會再來還會選擇住宿！

酒店裝修其實很有自己的風格特色，顏色運用大膽，但也僅限於有特色而已……房間設施維護不夠到位，滲水，衞生打掃得不夠乾淨，早餐品種少味道實在太難吃，屬於不小心訂了一次不會再有第二次那種。
