房間地理位置很好，陽台可以直接看到銀灘，旁邊就是銀灘國際會議中心，出行去哪裡都很方便，下樓可以租電動車，也可以滴滴打車，反正都很便宜，去銀灘和僑港冠頭嶺那裡都比較近，靠海邊中心位置，房間衞生也不錯，設施都很新，周圍也比較安靜，重點是價格很實惠，服務也很好，強烈推薦

從陽台可以看到海，非常好看，環境衞生，提供了一次性浴巾非常nice，老闆人也很好！！！租車30一天很方便，就是周邊環境都在施工有點危險不建議女生單獨入住

環境：在海灘旁邊，不過路在施工，穿過沒開通的道路才到小區門口，海灘就在外面，不過走路過去不近，離橋港也近，小區基本沒什麼人，很荒涼 設施：該有的都有，配套還可以 服務：還行吧，都是網上辦理入住和交按金 衞生：衞生不咋地，枕套被套都有污漬，不是很滿意。 總的來説一分錢一分貨，畢竟3張的三房，就是衞生不咋地，枕套被套該換就換了，不要洗洗就能用的樣子就行。房子的裝修味很重，不知道開了多久了，味道還是很大，沒人住的時候還是把窗全打開吧。停車免費

進入房間第一眼]房間臨海，算是海景房，位置在僑港附近，租車開十五分鐘就可以到。 對於房東， 我想説房東也很熱情,有求必應，還熱心的提供攻略，非常好説話, 對於周邊的便利度，交通很邊際，租了個電瓶車，也是房東大哥推薦的。價格也比外面便宜。房屋設施整體感覺很好。很ins風。提供了一次性浴巾，很實用，這點非常棒。
