房東熱情度尚可，專業度欠佳，入住十幾天，物品按照過夜房補充，中途主動要求來做一次衞生，一百多平的房子，十五分鐘打掃完畢，還沒我自己做的乾淨。床很硬，沙發尤其臟，難得看到公寓完全不配備廚房用品，衹好自己每件去買。環境挺好，民宿一般般，希望老闆娘提升下服務品質，對得起每晚五星級酒店的價格。

這個地方的公寓我已經連續三年到北海選擇住的地方。樓下有便利店，樓下就是海邊，相當於私人海域。在陽台的視野很好。早上還在房間透過窗户看了日出，廚房很乾凈，離南珠市場很近，在小區門口就可以掃共享電車出行。可以自己採購海鮮回到公寓自己煮。

和描述完全一樣。市區的黃金位置，出門就是海邊，離老街一公里，冠頭嶺也在旁邊。樓下就有便利店，旁邊的烘培店非常好吃，強烈推薦。
