好，陽台給力，我很喜歡，但對睡覺困難人士來説，希望窗簾可以是遮光的，其餘對於價位，地理位置來説，都挺好的，比較方便哦～離外沙那個觀景台特別近，挺出片的，吃海鮮也方便，晚上有回來的漁船，直接買了在店裡加工，主打就是一個新鮮。

平時訂酒店很少給評價，但這個客棧真的太棒了！！！我住五樓，房間外面就是陽台，陽台可以曬衣服還可以看海景看日落，真的超棒！！！房間內佈置也很文藝小清新，是我喜歡的風格，要是枕頭再矮一點就更棒了！！關鍵是老闆很熱情，真的很好，聽説我第一次去北海，給我介紹了很多好玩的景點。客棧旁邊就是老街，吃東西逛街可以去老街，海邊散步可以在外沙島，也可以去金灘看日落，離金灘就五公里這樣，離銀灘冠頭嶺紫霞灣都是9-10公里這樣，去哪都很近，總之，體驗感特別好。

住了這麼多次酒店，這家是最有家庭氛圍的，老闆做的喝的也超級好喝，特別是他們家的椰子油炒飯簡直非常贊👍🏻衞生也很乾凈，住着很舒服。比較可惜的是趕上了颱風，其他都很好

老闆很熱情，這個店價格挺便宜的。床有點硬我睡的很舒服。就是樓下有點吵鬧 。我住頂樓爬5樓挺累的。但是天台可以曬衣服 還是挺好的、反正麻雀雖小五臟俱全 挺好的👌

位置不算難找，步行十分鐘就到附近的老街。接待的是叔叔阿姨，挺熱心的，住宿房間就是家庭房，衞生還不錯，也不吵鬧，就是熱水器水太細太小了。

我覺得100塊錢能找個落腳的地方還是不錯的，位置的話也相對的好。沒有專用的停車場，現在人流量，車流量大的情況下非常難找到停車的地方。民宿主人的兩個小朋友到12點了，還在嘰嘰喳喳的玩鬧，房間不隔音。
