5 minutes walk from the old street where you can enjoy a night walk. Lot of seafood restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The front desk is very nice and welcoming, offered us free breakfasts where you can find a really good variety of food. and added our wechat in case needed any help. If you go there Mr Yuan yuan shan at the front desk will surely make you feel like home. He is so freindly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Shangri La for summer vacation with kids. Hotel is very safe and comfortable to stay with young kids. All staff is dedicated all day and night long to provide the best experience. Hotel and facilities are clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is amazing and kids can spend our on the slide. The beach is just across swimming pool. Breakfast buffet is a perfect mix of Chinese and Western breakfast to satisfy everyone. Dinner buffet is also amazing, including the wide sashimi/sushi/roll bar.

A family parent-child suite for two adults and three children, with one big bed and one bunk bed, it is just right for you to live in. The hotel's service and sanitation are also very good in all aspects, and the laundry room is convenient for washing and drying clothes. As soon as the car arrived at the gate, there was a waiter who took the initiative to help with the luggage. The receptionist at the front desk was also very good, and presented a swimming ticket for the Crowne Plaza Hotel opposite. The hotel's buffet breakfast has many varieties and tastes good. The waiter, Xiaomei, is very friendly and helpful. She helps her with coffee and juice. The location of the hotel is very close to Silver Beach. You can use the room card to open Crowne Plaza The hotel is close to the door of Silver Beach, and it takes a few minutes to walk across the road to Silver Beach. In the morning, Silver Beach can take children to dig sand crabs. There are many, which are very popular among children.

Great hotel, room and view were amazing!!! Free pickup and drop off to the fairy Station. Room was super beautiful, spacy, and the view was stunning. You can rent a electric scooter at the front of the hotel and just stroll around the island. Recommend to go to Wucai Beach for the sunrise. One problem - breakfast time is only 8:00-9:30. Personally I think it's a very short period for a vacation hotel and ends quite early. Also, once some food ends - they don't refill, it's just over. Came in at 9:10 and many things were finished. Other than the breakfast issue, everything was really great. Had a wonderful weekend here :)

The manager also thoughtfully provided the newly renovated double room with sea view in Building 1 as an alternative. After comparison, I chose the family suite in Building 7. It feels like home and has a good sea view. The balcony is very large and looks exactly like the picture. Because we avoided the National Day rush hour, there were not many people staying in the hotel when we arrived. We had a private swimming pool and it was great for taking photos. Special thanks to Manager Lao for his considerate service. The hotel has a free sightseeing bus, which can be used in the villa. The hotel is in Guantouling, which is far from the city. If you mind the inconvenience of traveling, rent a car in advance. It is not expensive to rent a Hongqi tram in Beihai. Just make sure to charge it when returning the car. You can charge it in the Sheraton underground garage next to it, which is very convenient. The hotel is suitable for people who like a quieter and more comfortable environment. They can enjoy private time away from the hustle and bustle. The reef beach downstairs is also great for taking pictures.

The guest room is spacious and bright, the decoration is exquisite and elegant, the bedding is very comfortable and soft, the sound insulation effect is in place, and the sleep is very comfortable, which makes me feel the warmth of home. The breakfast variety is also rich and diverse, and the taste is also very good. The restaurant waiter warmly and thoughtfully recommended their special snacks to me, which makes people feel very intimate. The whole hotel environment is elegant and quiet, which makes my trip to Beihai more perfect. And the hygiene is very good, and the cleaning staff can be seen cleaning everywhere, which makes me feel very relieved. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. They spoke good English or were able to translate when needed. The hotel was clean and well stocked. They have English television options for rainy days and a great location near the beach. They also accommodated our flight change and allowed us to check out at 7 pm with no extra charge. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I go back to Beihai.

The hotel was easy to find with street parking on the doorstep. It is accessible and family friendly with the silver beach entry just a short walk away. The rooms are clean with the usual amenities provided. The breakfast provided has a selection enough that everyone can find something to enjoy. But the best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff. They are friendly and always ready to help out. Not many of them speak English but they can certainly answer any question you might have even if some translation is required. The pool has a shallow side for children and is the perfect place to spend the afternoon.
