Location was absolutely perfect and staff helped with everything we needed. Bathroom door situation is a bit awkward as you can only close the door to the shower or the toilet at once but otherwise no complaints

優點是離南鑼鼓巷較近，離鼓樓也不遠，不足是沒有塑料拖鞋，洗澡衹能穿一次性拖鞋，特別滑很容易摔倒。所住房間空調開到最大，兩個小時後23度，特別乾燥，風速調小後温度很快降至20度，又冷又幹，一宿沒睡好。最不滿的是酒店的態度，因為閨女發現插座裏有紅燈，懷疑有攝像頭，在當地警察朋友的鼓勵和幫助下打了挀出所電話，警察來了後説是USB的指示燈，本來挺不好意思的，給警察和店家添麻煩，沒想到後面就徹底斷電了，店家説檢查不出原因，我和閨女在小黑屋裡等了四五十分鐘，最後被告知修不好了。沒電就沒有供暖，也無法洗漱，喝熱水。我提議換個房間，可店家説都住滿了，換不了，衹能給我退錢，去住別處。晚上十點半，讓我們娘倆現出去找酒店，這不是開玩笑嗎？！我趕緊叫回了在附近吃飯的老公和朋友，他們和店家交涉的結果是，新開一間房給我們住，老公的朋友去住沒電的那間。換了房間沒多久，沒電那間也有電了！我挺生氣的，不是住滿了嗎？不是修不好了嗎？欺負我們娘倆是嗎？因為報警整我們？本來出來帶孩子散心，沒想到遇到這麼堵心的事兒！人生第一次報警真讓我難忘！

位置真的超級無敵好。房間不隔音但是在我們看來無所謂。還算是乾淨，設施也不比較新，前台小姐姐服務很好。挨着鼓樓和南鑼鼓巷。帶着兩娃出遊，住的雙床房。親子出行

位置太多好了，出門向左就是網紅打卡聖地鼓樓，鼓樓往下走8號什剎海地鐵🚇站，向右走南鑼鼓巷，可以遛遛北京的衚衕，房間不太衞生很好，冬天來很暖和，前台服務態度很好！有個小哥每次幫拿大件行李。
