I had an amazing Time at The Lift Hotel. Spent my birthday there and loved it 🥰

Good location. Sound insulation is not good, still heard snoring from the next room.

Everything was perfect, we were able to leave our suitcases before and after. Very nice staff at breakfast, reception and cleaning.

Since it is not a large hotel, there is no space to rest in the gym or lobby, but it is located next to the lift, so it is convenient to access any tourist destination.

Great location, friendly staff. A bit pricy, but worth it if you prefer to be very well situated in the Baixa area, as you can walk to almost all the attractions and tourost spots.

The staff at the hotel, particularly Diana, were fantastic. They made the entire stay enjoyable with their smiles and can do attitudes. Only negative is need to improve plumbing. There was a smell emanating from the drains at sink and shower. Not the fault of the staff! Would stay again!

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was outdated and there was nowhere to put any clothes except 3 hangers on a hook. I booked a 4 night stay. Unfortunately I had to check out early after my second night due to a family emergency back home. I asked the receptionist if it was possible to get any reimbursement for the remaining 2 nights. She said she couldn’t do it on her end but gave me an email and told me they should be able to help me. Here it is almost two weeks later and I am still waiting for a response.

Great location for short stays in Lisbon. Near Rossini square. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom recently renovated. Room had carpeted flooring - not the best. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast option available. Coffee pods and water bottle available in the room- nice touch. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, accessible and friendly. I would recommend for short stays.

I've spent 3 nights here with some friends, and I have had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and cozy, and we have received a room upgrade upon our arrival, which was a nice surprise! Breakfast was super fresh and rich in variety; the staff was always helpful, nice and available to support any need we had. Really suggested!

The receptionist who checked us in (Catarina) was super nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Many good restaurants in the immediate area. The only negative comment I have is parking was a bear to find and quite expensive.

I stayed at this Hotel for a week. Rates are reasonable for the location, It's close to many attractions. The front desk staff were amazing, very helpful and professional. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious with different options. As a solo female traveler I felt safe in the surrounding areas.

The room was a little small, we are used to hotels in the US, but quite nice. Breakfast that came with the room was excellent. We would stay again!

Very charming hotel in the central area of Lisbon. It has a lot of character and designers have commited to the theme in all areas of the rooms etc. Rooms are small, as are beds, but cozy. My only complaint about the room would be that they desparately need to replace the towels! Very small and completely worn out! The hotel doesn't have it's own parking, and we drove, so we had to park a little far. But staff was very helpful in recommending where to park and the knew the area well.
