公寓的隔音差，服務態度差，且非常不厚道！首先我入住之後打電話問了才知道把入住相關的東西發過來，房間完全無任何隔音，木門的門縫那麼大連個密封條都不粘，我這間旁邊是個瑜伽工作室已經偷偷營業了，出來進去的非常吵鬧！第二天退房説是否考慮長租，他們的管家態度可牛了，告訴你説現在因為疫情價格更貴！來之前看那麼多差評本來打算放棄的，浪費錢！

離地鐵口近，出行比較方便。自助式入住和離店，樓下有永輝超市，購買日常所需方便。房型寬敞，設施齊全，廚房有微波爐、冰箱、鍋碗瓢盆，如果能有清洗用品就更好了。衞生每天做簡單打掃，可惜蟑螂有點多。總體來説，性價比還是可以的，適合長短期租住，下次來還是會考慮這裏的。

第二次來了，在朝陽區將台西路這樣的好地段，過來出差一趟能住上這麼寬敞明亮、性價比又高的房間，非常不錯了！美中不足是房間裏靠近床的插座少，沒有浴缸。服務方面，以自助公寓的定位而言，不能跟酒店相比，但還是很到位的。贊！

第一次住瑞英格酒店，應該是一棟公寓式住宅改的酒店，酒店沒有前台需要到店後聯繫酒店來接客人。房間很大，設施也不錯，也很安靜，門口有停車場，怎麼收費不知道（沒開車），門口環境也不錯，有永輝超市。大家記得從照片一進入，門口有24小時值班的保安，這點非常不錯。另外值得一提的是酒店的滿經理，從接住客到處理問題非常給力，開始訂了兩天結果由於愛人身體不適提前一天離店，滿經理給安排的非常好，很感動，下次來還會選擇入住。真心謝謝滿經理。
