The rooms are very nice. Much better and warmer than other homes. Very nice room. Recommend staying. The location is clean and tidy. Good service. Easy to check in.

從來沒有見過這麼差的商家，離了大譜
到達後，發現房間門口聚集了四五個人，在門口抽煙説話，這怎麼入住，讓人很沒有安全感！！！
房間裏面地板全是水，險些滑倒，味道很難聞。商家説剛做完保潔，我們想換房間不行，想退了也不給退，霸王條款嗎？什麼都沒動也沒入住，就是不退錢

在永利住過很多次第一次遇到這麼差的租户有這麼差的體驗，居然沒有提供紙巾！告訴管家説給送結果到離店也沒有紙巾！無奈衹能自己買紙巾。馬桶蓋也是壞的！衞生間面盆龍頭像小孩兒尿尿，地面很臟還有異味！聯繫管家居然説要麼你退房吧！態度極其惡劣。

明顯的虛假宣傳，好評都是刷的
從我聯繫到開房包括進屋沒有前台，什麼接待的人都沒看到，讓自己過去，給你發個密碼就可以入住了，而且這個公寓特別不講道理，我給攜程打電話，説這個衞生條件要退錢，他們不同意。
然後我問他們攜程上面的房間和這個不一樣，他們的回覆也是驚呆了我，説是網圖。
我是帶寵物過來旅遊的，這個房間根本住不了，臟亂差。
