The price on Ctrip is RMB 58 higher than that of the store. It is very troublesome to check in at the store when booking with Ctrip. There is no 30-second check-in as advertised throughout the season. The front desk also has to ask if breakfast is included, which makes the experience very poor.
The 15-minute response I advertised on the mini program to deliver things to the room was nothing like that. I called the front desk to ask and they said they didn’t see it.
