We ordered takeout. The young lobby guy took the initiative to let us go to the restaurant. The other staff are also very service-minded. The twin room can be put together, which is suitable for a family of three. Finally, the price is also very attractive, especially during the May Day holiday when the all-season hotel can be rented for 1,000 yuan per night. The price-performance ratio is excellent!

The hotel is located in a unique geographical location, just behind the Forbidden City and next to Jingshan Park. You can walk to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Jingshan Park, and Beihai Park. There is an old Beijing fried noodle restaurant at the door of the hotel, which is also very convenient for eating. There are parking spaces at the door, just make an appoin**ent in advance. The hotel service is superb, from the reception guide at the door to the front desk and service staff are very warm and friendly. There is a faint fragrance as soon as you enter the hotel door. Drinking water and Coke can be self-serviced. The breakfast is also rich and in line with expectations. The bedding and towels in the room are very white. The price-performance ratio is absolutely first-class.

The only drawback is that the shower water in the bathroom is too small.

Because of the traffic jam in Beijing, people basically rely on subways or walking to travel, so its location is very convenient. The biggest feature of the hotel is the good service. Everyone greets and helps with luggage. The child vomited on the bed at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night on the second day of check-in. The housekeeping depar**ent had gone off work. The front desk quickly brought me the sheets and helped me change them. She also kindly brought me a few bottles of water and tissues. I am very grateful, but I forgot to ask her name. She is a cute lady with glasses. Thank you. I will stay there again next time if I have the chance.

Stayed for 3 nights. It was very quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the hotel staff was very polite. The uncle who took a taxi to the door also helped with the luggage. I can't say that I often go out to play and stay in hotels, but I used to stay in hotels for business trips. I didn't expect this hotel to make me feel uncomfortable. However, the doorman was very enthusiastic on the first day of check-in and helped me move my luggage (because there were five or six steps). I would also take the initiative to say hello when I went out for a walk. Secondly, I was very unhappy. First of all, I asked the front desk on the first day of check-in. I stayed for more than 700 yuan a night. I stayed for two nights, but (I was traveling with my daughter) there was only one breakfast a day. I said I didn't eat on the first day, and I could eat with my family on the second day. She immediately said no and asked me to follow the order😑. Secondly, the air conditioning was very poor. The highest outdoor temperature was 23 degrees, and the indoor temperature was always 25 degrees. I was awakened by sweating both nights. Finally, because I was not familiar with Beijing, the hotel I stayed in the past two days had a robot to deliver the takeaway to the door of the room, but this hotel had to go downstairs to the gate to pick up the food. After traveling and playing for a day, I must be tired and don't want to move. It's too inconvenient. It feels like the hotel service ten years ago😳. Anyway, I will never stay here when I go to Beijing again, and I will not recommend relatives and friends to stay here.

This is not the first time I have stayed here. The hotel is in an excellent location, adjacent to the east gate of Jingshan Park, and the Forbidden City Corner Tower is right outside. The breakfast is also a plus. The staff is very considerate. There are 4 small bottles of mineral water in the room, and they will refill them if they are not enough. The only drawback is that the front desk provides toiletries per person when checking in, which gives the feeling of a guesthouse, which really reduces the points. It is seriously inconsistent with the overall configuration and service of the hotel. It is recommended to optimize this link.
